Great Apartment with complete utensils!
Pros:

Awesome location, nearby to Padang Padang Beach! The Host is very communicative and fast. The spacious apartment has complete kitchen utensils. Suitable for long stay... will be back soon!

Cons:

The construction around quite annoying, but fortunately, it stops at 18:00 hours.

I can honestly say I absolutely loved my stay at the Royal Arkadia Villa in Uluwatu—it was awesome! I was so impressed with how spotlessly clean the apartment was; it seriously looked exactly like the photos online. The A-Team staff were another highlight; they were super friendly, incredibly quick to help with anything I needed, and always went the extra mile. My apartment was so comfortable, with a great bed, fast Wi-Fi, and handy kitchen perks. It felt incredibly private and secure, and the location is perfect for hitting the best beaches and surf spots. Overall, if you're looking for a comfortable, private pad with amazing service in a prime Bali location, I definitely recommend booking this apartment!

Cons:

Just a small heads-up: the street right outside is a little rough and still developing, and I noticed I had to pack my own basic toiletries since they weren't consistently stocked.

Perfection in Uluwatu! Amazing Staff and Spotless Apartment!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Royal Arkadia Villa. Everything exceeded our expectations! The Apartments are incredibly spotless and look exactly like the beautiful photos online. Our room was comfortable, with a great bed and excellent amenities like the fast Wi-Fi and private pool, which was kept immaculate. The highlight, however, was the service. The staff truly are an A-Team; they were so friendly, highly professional, and incredibly responsive to every request, making us feel genuinely welcome and taken care of. The location gives you a fantastic sense of privacy and security while still offering easy access to Padang Padang Beach and Uluwatu's best surf spots

Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !
Pros:

Cette villa est absolument magnifique ! On a vraiment l'impression d'avoir trouvé une oasis privée. L'architecture est ultra moderne et élégante, et la piscine commune est ensoleillée toute la journée, c'était le meilleur atout. L'emplacement est paisible et isolé, mais suffisamment proche des plages de Jimbaran et d'Uluwatu. De plus, le personnel était formidable ; il était très attentionné et réactif sur WhatsApp, ce qui était très rassurant lorsque les choses ne se passaient pas comme prévu. Pour le prix, avoir son propre espace comme celui-ci est une valeur imbattable.

Cons:

Comme les villas sont assez récentes, il y a encore quelques petits problèmes opérationnels à régler. Nous avons eu quelques coupures d'électricité (surtout lorsque nous utilisions trop d'appareils électriques en même temps) et la pression de l'eau dans la douche était très faible aux heures de pointe, ce qui était frustrant. Cela n'a pas gâché notre séjour, mais c'était tout de même perceptible. L'équipe a toujours réparé rapidement, mais cela montre qu'ils sont encore en train de mettre au point tous les systèmes.

Fantastic Villa, Great Value
Pros:

This villa was the perfect base for exploring Uluwatu. It was spotlessly clean, spacious, and the private pool was a huge plus for cooling off. The location is excellent - very quiet but still super close to everything. Amazing value for a private villa in this area. Would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous Villa, Just Needs Some Minor Fixes!
Pros:

This place is stunning! The design is super modern and feels really high-end and private—like a proper exclusive getaway. The communal pool is brilliant, and the bedrooms are big and comfy. Honestly, the staff made the trip. They were so fast, polite, and jumped on every little issue instantly. They really tried hard to make sure we were comfortable, no matter what went wrong with the systems.

Cons:

the AC unit in the main living room definitely isn't strong enough for the size of the room—it got pretty hot in the afternoons.

A Beautiful Stay with Room for Improvement
Pros:

Royal Arkadia Villa is visually stunning—modern, clean, and the private pool area is a tranquil retreat. Crucially, the staff is excellent and hyper-responsive, sending help immediately every time we called, which truly salvaged our experience.

Cons:

The villa has incredible potential and a top-notch team. Once the major systemic problems (electrical voltage and water supply) are permanently fixed, this will easily be a 10/10 property. We recommend it for the luxury and seclusion, but advise future guests to be aware of these current technical "teething" issues.

De badkamer was vreselijk. Geen goede straal en vies. Ook allemaal vliegen in de badkamer omdat er een opening was. Na 2 dagen aandringen een nieuwe kamer gekregen. Dat was wel netjes, maar ook daar was de badkamer een onvoldoende (vliegen en vies).

Nice staff, reasonably priced
Pros:

Friendly staff, nice pool and away from the busy main street.

Cons:

The villa could benefit from some maintenance. There are a few cracks on the walls that might need attention.

The roads leading to the villa from Uluwatu center were dark, so if you have to walk, it might feel a bit unsafe. However, as more villas are built in the neighborhood, this might improve in the future.

Additionally, we experienced a long power outage that lasted almost the whole day. It might be helpful to have some candles on hand or even a backup power generator for such occasions, especially if the outage extends into the evening.

Not so luxury :(
Pros:

On the positive side, the staff are very kind and helpful, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The pool is lovely! With some major improvements, this could be a great place to stay in the future.

Cons:

This villa is advertised as a luxury stay on their website. But it doesn’t live up to that promise. The location is okay, but the driveway is gravel and surrounded by ongoing construction, which makes the villa quite noisy. I appreciate them telling us this before arrival, but I didn’t realise we would be in the middle of a construction site. Only a few villas are completed, and the build quality feels very poor, with things already starting to deteriorate. During our stay, the power went out numerous times, the kitchen tap barely produced water and had an unpleasant smell, and there was no air conditioning in the kitchen, which gets very hot. The bedroom air con also struggles to cool the room properly. The bathroom was dirty and the water smelled like sewage. The Jacuzzi bath was too dirty to bath in, and shower heads are so low you can't properly stand under them.

When you stay here, you're in for some breathtaking views. The villas themselves are spacious and luxurious, beautifully designed, offering plenty of privacy, and super comfortable. You'll find the staff here super attentive, really warm, and they genuinely go out of their way to make your stay feel personalized and special. It's a wonderfully tranquil and private spot, perfect for just chilling out and relaxing. Oh, and a big plus is that the units come with complete kitchen utensils, which is super handy!

Cons:

On the flip side, the remote location means you'll probably need a taxi or scooter to get to attractions or beaches. Also, compared to bigger resorts, there might be limited on-site facilities here. Given the natural setting, you might occasionally encounter insects, like mosquitoes. While generally well-maintained, there can be occasional minor maintenance issues, and the Wi-Fi can sometimes be a bit inconsistent, which might be a slight hassle if you need a strong connection for work or streaming.
