Friendly and efficient.
Cons:

No air conditioning. In this heat wave it is important. Could hardly sleep but this was not the hotels fault.

Pros:

Excellent location for TAE events. Very friendly staff. Looks like recently renovated.
Quiet at night, good nights rest. Cleanliness impeccable. Hot shower, spacious room.

Cons:

The wifi is almost non-existent but fibre optic is on its way apparently.
The 'bar' isn't really a bar, limited sitting and availability.
