Pros:

The staff are friendly and helpful, the room is comfortable, and the breakfast is great. The location is excellent and quiet, even though it’s in the busy city center. We really enjoyed our stay.

Nepaisant to, kad viešbutis prie judrios gatvės, bet kambariuose tylu.

Clean and comfortable room, great location, nice pool, great service from the friendly staff. The shower had very good water pressure and lots of hot water. Even on days when I didn’t request maid service they left clean towels outside the room. Not a great breakfast but definitely above average for Lao hotels in the same price range. Overall I think the rooms and the entire property are nicer than most Lao hotels in the same range and the service is top notch. And I have a lot of experience with Lao hotels having spent 2-3 months in the country most years since 2018 including 2+ weeks in Vang Vieng most years.

Cons:

I would prefer to have a shower curtain in the rooms with a bathtub just to keep the floor from getting wet. But the bathroom is big so even without a curtain most of the floor stayed dry while showering.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was beautiful and refreshing. The fresh juices and fresh fruit served at breakfast were very delicious. The surroundings were lovely, and the location was excellent. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Cons:

The tuktuks I tried to negotiate with the reception were offering crazy prices, and never wanted to arrange for grouping with other travellers although there are tons going to the same place at the same time, forcing you to rent the whole thing for one person (when I went to the train station at the same time as other travellers they called four Tuktuk at the same time although we could all have fit in one)

Cons:

Bruyant mais ce n'est pas l'hôtel. C'est la ville en elle même qui est bruyante et la situation de l'hôtel près des bars.
