A pleasurable experience
Pros:

💯 highly recommend, great/ polite staff, breakfast is amazing, fresh fruit juices not tampered with, great selection of food. The facilities are fantastic with everything needed. Hi-tech TV, safe and shower. Bed was really big and extremely comfortable. Excellent WI-FI! Room was clean and well maintained a lovely luxury. Great location near all activities. The toilet paper was really quilted and not the paper thin rubbish hotel normally provides.
Mr Tam was extremely polite and professional and always went out of his way to ensure we had a good stay. He, arranged all are activities and always asked if we had a good time, I would stay here again. Brilliant stay, comfortable, relaxing and safe. The pool and lounge seats were enough and great.

The hotel is clean. Good location.

The neighborhood is kayak storage depot and every morning after 6:00 o'clock they make big noise.
You must pay for espresso coffee at breakfast.

Pros:

La camera era pulita, confortevole e ben tenuta. Il letto era molto comodo e l’aria condizionata funzionava perfettamente. Abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente la colazione, che offriva una varietà di frutta fresca e frullati.

Das Hotel ist klein und sehr charmant. Es gibt keinen Aufzug, aber das Personal hilft Ihnen gerne mit dem Gepäck.
Das Frühstück wird täglich serviert, und gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis können Sie einen sehr guten Cappuccino genießen.
Das Hotel liegt nur wenige Gehminuten vom Nachtmarkt entfernt, sodass man leicht ein Abendessen finden kann.

מיקום מעולה, בקרבת שוק הלילה והרבה מסעדות.
שרות טוב
בריכה!!!

Cons:

החדר שלנו היה ליד חדר כביסה ולפנות בוקר (5:00) שמעתי את מכונות הכביסה עובדות.
אח"כ העבירו אותנו חדר ונפתרה הבעיה.
ארוחת בוקר נחמדה.

Pros:

We arrived by bus, and the hotel was just a short distance away, only about a one-minute walk. It was a wonderful stay. Although the room was a bit small, everything else was excellent, from the breakfast to the friendliness of all the staff.

Ich kann die vielen extrem guten Bewertungen nicht wirklich nachvollziehen.
Das Hotel ist für 2 Nächte ganz okay. Mehr aber wirklich nicht. Das Beste ist die Lage mitten im Ort

Cons:

Das Zimmer bestand auf 2 Seiten aus Glasfront. Dadurch musste man immer alle Vorhänge zuziehen um nicht auf dem Präsentierteller zu stehen.
Das Türschloss ist ein Vorhängeschloss.
Wirklich sauber ist es dort auch nicht.
Das Badezimmer braucht dringend eine Renovierung.
Das Frühstück ist von sehr schlechter Qualität.

Pros:

Proper comfy bed, hotel really central but the rooms are tucked away at the back so no noise. Nice pool, and also a little roof top bit as well where you can lay in the sun all day. Very helpful staff would defo come again. Fresh water and towels daily as well.

Very Central. I would stay here again.
Pros:

Great location. One of the most comfortable beds we slept on in SE Asia, so many are rock hard. Booked a hot air balloon ride for us with pick up and drop off from the hotel.

Cons:

Pool was cold , but it was the middle of winter. Would have been nice if our ground floor room had security grills on the windows, we could have turned off the AirCon and had fresh air instead.
