Надто мʼякий матрац і дуже низьке ліжко, що реально не зручно, особливо, коли ти вища за середній зріст
Класно, що з номеру можна одразу в халаті потрапити в спа зону) ресторан на території і в спа є, смачно дуже
Джакузі, басейн теплий
Мало місць для своїх речей біля басейну, слизькувате покриття, відсутність ліфту в готелі, щ малою дитиною і візком важко щоразу з третього поверху спускатись і підніматись по пʼять разів на день, високі ціни в ресторані готелю, окрема оплата за доступ до басейну, по суті люди і так якщо бронюють номер зрозуміло що мають йти до басейну, або включити у вартість проживання або змінити політику відносно доступу до спа проживаючим в готелі.
