Pros:

Завтрак скромный, но в жару и не очень хочется кушать. Были фрукты, каша, яичница.
Хоряин отзывчивый и приветливый. Помогал во всем.
Отель расположен близко ко всем достопримечательностям

Consiglio di curare la pulizia al nostro arrivo la stanza non era molto pulita e sinceramente per la durata del nostro soggiorno 4 notti non è mai stata rifatta la stanza per quanto riguarda la colazione buona anche lì consiglierei di curare un pochino di più la pulizia

everything ok, but just no hearts in their service. and they scam to booking.com of the price.

good breakfast. big room. good air conditioner. roof top. all the facilities are good.

Cons:

First impression was not good because the owner wasn't friendly when we check-in. I didn't feel welcom.
And bathroom wasn't cleaned up. it was very dirty with many hairs around the shower room. I tried to put up with it and use it but the sewer was blocked and the water did not flow. so l had to ask the owner to clean and they cleaned up. so it's was ok.
Then, for few days my staying in this hotel, some points are good, some points are not good. so I was just ok. like neutral.
But at the end, when we check-out, the owner lady kept asking me to put 10score in booking.com. I wasn't sure I can give them 10score, so I just smiled. but she asked way too many time, and it made me feel uncomfortable. I usually try to put good scores bcuz I have experience of hosting as well. but the lady was too much. she has beautiful heart, beautiful smile, cute children.
So I feel sorry to put this score. but they should know they have to put their heart in their hotel if they want 10score. every services was good ok, but I've never felt they put their heart in it..

one more report is, they scam the price to booking.com. I got an email that my booking price has changed few days after I checked out. how can it happened after I check-out and I payed already? I think I payed about 50 us dollar in cash. but they changed the price to 7 dollar. I'm sure they tried to reduce commission to booking.com.

The terrace is a nice spot to cool down after a hot day, but very basically equipped.

Cons:

While all in all our stay at Central Asia Hotel was OK, we had some issues regarding our booking. Of the two rooms I booked for the same price, one was almost up to the standards of what the photos in our booking indicated; the other room was very far from it. We complained with the hotel manager/owner and eventually decided to pay extra for an “upgrade” to another room that was still not up to the standards of our booking’s photos. This is clearly a case of dishonest marketing with the product not corresponding to what was booked and photos not reflecting the reality of the rooms we were given.
Moreover, a month after our stay, our booking was “modified” in the system and the total price appearing in Booking.com was reduced by over 80%, while I paid the full price plus “upgrade”. I have asked Booking.com to look into this; a month later, no explanation was yet provided while the price appearing in our booking has remained a fraction of what we actually paid.

Pros:

We went to three places in Uzbekistan: Tashken, Samarkad and Bukhara. This this was the best hotel/guest house we stayed in. For the price that we paid it was more than we could ask for: clean, fresh, big rooms with high ceiling. It is located a few minutes away from the old city and everyday we took a very nice and authentic walk in local streetls which we enjoyed very much. We were also pleasantly surprised to find a terrace on the top floor with three spacious patios and a great view of the old city!
