Pros:

Staff were incredible. Venue wonderful. Food and drink selection fantastic. An incredible place worthy of its current awards.

Gorgeous property, beautifully decorated, friendly staff and delicious food.
Pros:

From the moment you walk in you are greeted with a beautifully decorated reception and friendly staff. The pub and lounge are inviting for a drink and restaurant has delicious food. Brad even took us down in the cellar to recommend a wine pairing. I love this hotel and will definitely be back for another stay.

On the whole a wonderful experience, staff are first class.
Pros:

Boys Hall, is full of charm and old-world style. Room was spacious and the bath was modern and functional but on the small side for this room.

Cons:

Dining options were limited and on the expensive side, but that was from our point of view. Restaurant was always full for dinner and booking was essential. Missing a booking or not cancelling more than 24 hours prior cost you your booking deposit.

Staff were very very professional and a credit to the hotel Lovely restaurant with open fire

Cons:

Lack of parking spaces (but we arrived Sunday lunch time). No TV in room. Expensive room with no brekkie included

Lovely, quaint hotel.
Pros:

Location, grounds, welcome by staff.

Cons:

Room wasn't blue badge friendly. When booking (if you can make the stairs, ensure yo get a room where access to the bathroom is not difficult). Putting on makeup in the room was near impossible due to lack of light.

Lovely 2 days experiencing true English Manor living.
Pros:

Extremely well renovated example of a historic manor. Staff were friendly and efficient with a good knowledge of the history

Cons:

We had one issue with the hot water control of our shower which was quickly fixed so really wasn't a problem.
