Sehr freundliches Personal und gemütliche kleine Anlage ohne Strassenlärm.
Das Frühstück könnte etwas großzügiger sein.
The staff was warm and accommodating. The owner made sure that I had everything that I needed. The room was actually a detached little house, and the houses were set up in a row and were very quiet. The grounds were very nice.
The small road (off the main road) was dirt, and could have been smoother.

Hosts were very friendly. Most of all I liked the fact we were so deep into nature. This is why we liked the location a lot, although others might not like the location if it's so deep into nature. Also laundry service was nice!
For the price and expectations we had, it is hard to say what could be done differently.
Lepe hiške in okolica, vendar bi lahko malo več posvetili čistoči, predvsem v kuhinji in kopalnicah ter bazenu.
Umazan bazen, kuhinja umazana, zajtrk vsak dan enoličen: kosmiči, jogurt s sadjem, ter tovst, maslo in marmelada ter pecivo in kava.

Kicsit csalódott voltam, hogy csak 1 féle reggeli volt, ami járt a foglaláshoz, nem lehetett választani mint máshol. Én kimondottan a sós reggeliket szeretem, szívesebben ettem volna a műzli, gyümölcs helyett tojásos reggelit. Extra felárért (50 pesóért) kizárólag natúr omlettet kaptunk, nem volt kérdés hogy kerül-e rá, mellé, bele más is…
Ez nem a szállás hibája de ha valaki nehezen bírja hogy be tudnak éjszaka jönni apróbb állatok a szobába akkor nem annyira ajánlom. Éjszaka több motoszkáló és csipogó hangot is hallottam az ágy mellől, ezért én nehezen tudtam aludni. Tulum jó pár kilométerre van így érdemes autót bérelni. Gyalogtávra egy étterem van összesen ahol jó ételeket készítenek, de elég egyhangú lehet ha az ember több napok tartózkodik itt és nem a lég pénztárcabarátabb. A szállás tiszta volt, minden nap takarítottak.

We loved this property. It’s hidden in the jungle, stunning villas and really central to so many locations. Best thing about the property though were the team! We were welcomed by Filipa late at night; an incredibly warm and friendly welcome - she even accommodated our need for a cold beer despite no drinks being available. The recommendation of Alex as a tour guide for Akumal was the highlight of the stay - ask for him if you stay here! Such a great guy!
It does need a deep clean and would be great to have some drink offerings but there was absolutely nothing we didn’t like.

La route pour y accéder, le froid la nuit (j ai fini enrhumée 😌)
Super accueil et disponibilité d' Esther, endroit calme et reposant , dans la jungle, il faut une voiture ! Piscine bien entretenue , petit déjeuner continental mails complet. Bonnes adresses pour les restos et les activités aux alentours.
Certains équipements manquent un peu d' entretien ( poufs déchirés en terrasse...) mais cela ne gâche pas du tout l expérience du lieu
Séjour parfait de 4 nuits dans cette bulle sauvage isolée du tourisme de masse de Cancun ou de Playa. Les ecolodges sont décorées dans un cadre bohème très reposant et l'environnement est juste incroyable. Les hôtes sont attentifs et réactifs, c'est un plaisir !
L'hôtel se situe à 5 minutes en voiture d'un village qui compte plusieurs très bons restaurants.
Nous ne pouvons que recommander, Impossible d'y être déçu.

La posizione è totalmente immersa nella giungla, che da un lato può essere affascinante, ma dall'altro è scomodo per gli spostamenti. E' imprescindibile avere un'auto a noleggio e non è possibile raggiungere la struttura in scooter. Tulum dista 25 minuti di auto percorrendo una sorta di autostrada e i taxi chiedono 800 pesos a tratta. Se soggiornate qui, considerate che a Tulum i car rental vanno prenotati con larghissimo anticipo o rimarrete a piedi come è successo a noi. Esiste la possibilità di spostarsi dalla struttura utilizzando i colectivos che partono da Chemuyil percorrendo un 20-25 minuti a piedi fino alla fermata e poi raggiungere Tulum o Playa del Carmen...ma col buio è sconsigliato avventurarsi a piedi nei sentieri per la presenza di animali selvatici. La piscina non era molto invitante, durante il nostro soggiorno era sporca e non ho visto nessuno che la utilizzasse.
La camera era pulita ma ci è capitato di avere parecchie formiche nel letto che ci hanno svegliati.
