Le personnel très disponible

The waiters don't know what they are serving, the waiters' attitude is disgraceful, there is no room cleaning but there are many cleaners who are always making noise and not letting you rest, there is no hot water in the shower, I will definitely not return to this hotel again.
Nothing, the place is a real disappointment
Good location right on the beach. Beautifully landscaped. Staff in the restaurant were super friendly
We stayed here two separate times. First time was an all inclusive deluxe room for €170 which was awful value for money as the dinner and breakfast buffet was really poor and no way the room was otherwise worth that money.
Second time was during low season so we paid €70 for a standard room which was a lot more reasonable however there are better hotels nearby for the same money.
Staff in reception are not friendly.
This is a great hotel. Super friendly staff. Excellent restaurant for lunch + dinner. Breakfast included was pretty average but that’s standard. Nice pool leading right to the beach. You can walk to the main tourist strip in about 30 mins means the beach is quite hectic with beach sellers. Perfect pls e to start our Gambian adventure.
Everything was good here - except I like real coffee + like most places they stick to instant :(
The Sunset Beach Hotel is well located on the beach for those who love beach walks. The canteen and bar staff, garden staff, security all are excellent and will great you, remember your name and ask after you.
The hotel room is comfortable for a single person however for a pair of people the bathrooms would be uncomfortable to share. The facility is well cleaned and well maintained. There are enough sun loungers for everyone.
They have poolside activities such as water aerobics but the games on offer would suit more mature perhaps retired guests. The evening live music entertainment is really good especially the Jaz player Emmanuel.
It is an international hotel so they serve mainly European foods. If you want to experience authentic Gambia dishes you will have to go outside.
I was told to pay €50 for an airport transfer. I gave £50 and never received my change.
I checked in at 10:30pm due to flights however my outgoing flight was not until 9pm. I checked with hotel staff who agree I could have a later check in as my room had not been booked by another guest. I was happy with this. Then the front desk Manager Ramatoulie insisted I pay to be allowed a later check out time. I explained I had a late check in to the hotel and staff had agreed for a late check out. Ratatouille said that was a different matter and I would still need to pay. In the end I just checked out early and hung around the city with my suitcase feeling unsafe until my late evening flight.
For these reason my next stay in the Gambia will be at a different hotel.
Person gayretli
Genel olarak kötü özellikle temizlik zayıf
Uprzejmy personel, świeże i wyremontowane pokoje
Pobyt dla 3 osób, trzecie łóżko to nierozkładana sofa, bardzo ubogie śniadania
This was already our second stay at this hotel, and once again, it was absolutely wonderful.
It's a very nice hotel with a beautiful garden and a charming, small-scale layout. It’s not one of those huge, impersonal resorts. Instead, it offers a warm and familiar atmosphere where you immediately feel at home.
What really stood out was the exceptional friendliness of the entire staff. From the gardener to the reception team, housekeeping, and the restaurant staff – everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming.
The food was also excellent, and overall, we felt very well taken care of throughout our stay.
The facilities were great. The food was also great. Staff were also helpful most of the time and considerate.
The room was smaller than we expected.
Hyggelig lille have
Dejlig pool område.
Underholdning om aften som var meget højt.
Venlig personale.
Ville godt komme igen.
Kiosken var altid lukket , hvorfor ??
Maden var jævn manglede et større udvalg efter min smag.
Dårlig sodavand.
