Just one or two things need addressing
Pros:

Certain members of staff were amazing Stephanie very very nice nothing too much trouble

Cons:

We had a lot of problems with the door … opening it wasn’t good … the eggs at breakfast weren’t good tbh also bags of cleaning towels were left near our room also we felt so uncomfortable the cleaner kept hoovering round on our last day check out wasn’t until 12 felt so uncomfortable we had to leave our room and cleaning stuff was hard to get around we just felt uncomfortable

Séjour agréable et à proximité des lieux touristiques
Pros:

La proximité des sites touristiques, la literie.

Cons:

Le ménage et l’entretien de la chambre sont perfectibles. (Joints douche noir, faïence de la douche pas nettoyée en hauteur, joint carrelage de la douche à refaire). Un frigo pourrait être un plus. Les tuyaux d’eau chaude diffusent beaucoup de chaleur dans la chambre, ils sont très chaud au touché.

Sofía de recepción es excelente anfitriona, muy amable y atenta. Muy buena ubicación, limpio.

Cons:

La habitación demasiado pequeña, el desayuno muy limitado y el personal del restaurante no tan atento.

great location. lovely staff. boyfriend arranged for room to be decorated for my birthday and staff were receptive and kind.

Cons:

room slightly small. but for paris a good size. enough walking room. very clean and tidy
