Could not ask for a better place to stay. very clean, comfortable, big room, with comfortable working table and everything a peron needs for a living. staff are nice are caring, the location is great and safe.

The location was ideal for my access to work. The room was clean and all facilities mentioned were available. The other residents are also lovely.

The security is very good. Unlike most other homes with code lock, this one has keys to the doors. In addition, the bedroom door has a physical lock, so other people can’t enter the room while you are asleep.
The room is en-suite. Also it’s got everything of its own: boiler, microwave (!), fridge, cutlery, a wall heater, a TV, and another external heater to ensure fast warm up. Both heaters are powered electronically.
In addition there is a kitchen with oven, hob, plates, pots, washing machine and a sink. There is strict rules that you can’t use the kitchen after 8 and washing machine after 2 to ensure quietness.
The facilities are perfect, I appreciate that there are rules and rules are enforced. However, the rules are very strict and unreasonable. 8pm is too early for the kitchen to be closed. So is the washing machine. Those aren’t very guest friendly.
The house is supervised by landlords son. He helps with explanation and everything. He makes sure that no one uses kitchen after the time listed by the rule. Unfortunately, he can’t follow the rule himself, and make noises in the night. Theoretically speaking there’s nothing wrong because it’s their house. However, this makes the degree of pleasant lowers along with the rules.
Do pay attention to this when booking because you are paying the price.
Excebility to the underground station, shops Stone Grove Park, and Lesure Centre. Very peaceful and clean place.

It was everything that I was looking for. The necessities were all there and that’s all you need. Fast and stable wifi, room wasn’t hot, but I did arrive when it was mostly 22 degrees celsius, just to note. Quick 15 minute walk to Edgware station, direct line to central london. Good spots for food takeaway and local supermarkets. The hosts made the stay welcoming, explained everything, and left me to myself which was great.
There are other rooms next to yours so at times you may hear other people, be aware if you’re a light sleeper, but wasn’t much of a problem for me.
It was very confortable our stay in this apartment, the landlady is a nice person and hospitable.

Quite a walk from Stanmore station
Good location, clean and compact room. Tea & coffee provided, plus a fridge, kettle & microwave. Approx. 12 mins walk to Edgware tube station.
The room was quite small for two people, but worked as we only slept there.
No on-site parking was available. I parked for several days in the next street up - there were one or two possible parking spaces at the front of the apt block but they were normally occupied.
