It was perfect for us as it is fairly isolated. Nice rooms, bar and restaurant nicely presented. Food was great (dinner and breakfast).
Staff, though friendly and helpful, were a little unprofessional at times, but generally okay.
Great hotel very cosy
Nothing
The lodging, the restaurant, the atmosphere, the bedding.
I was not able to pay in cash .
Really nice room
Small beer selection - no craft beers such as the local Deya Brewery
Breakfast fine
If I’d booked direct the breakfast would have been included in the same price. I thought booking. com was the best deal as don’t stay in hotels often.
The restaurant
We were charged for our daughters breakfast even though she was less than 2 years old
Beautiful place, lovely staff, nice food.
The room was lovely although our curtains needed fixing as a lot of the hooks had broken so it made it look messy and in need of tlc.
Also under the bed was filthy and has items from previous customers.
Our stay at The Frogmill was great, the hotel was super cosy and homely. The rooms were beautifully decorated with a modern yet comfortable feel and were really spacious too. The food was exceptional, with a great evening menu in the restaurant and plenty of variety at breakfast. The staff were brilliant, so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We took our two dogs, and it was perfect for them as well.
There was nothing we didn’t like about our stay at The Frogmill, it was fantastic. The only thing we did struggle with was storage space for our clothes. We stayed in both the Suite and the Signature Room, and found there wasn’t quite enough storage for our things but we are over packers. 😂
Absolutely stunning grounds and building
Perfectly picturesque
Every meal we had was incredible
All staff were highly accommodating, friendly and welcoming especially Kelwyn who made our stay and proposal perfect.
We will definitely be returning, thank you Frogmill!
