La chambre est confortable et la location est top pour explorer Istanbul a pied.Savas etait très a l'écoute. J'ai bien aimé que la chambre étais chauffée, on est en printemps mais il faisait froid et il pleuvait, du coup la chambre étais cosy et accueillante.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen und die Verkehrsanbindung ist ausgezeichnet. Der Gastgeber ist äußerst freundlich und das Zimmer ist bestens ausgestattet.

El alojamiento no tenía lo que ofrecía, como por ejemplo lavarropas, limpieza en el baño (ya que este estaba sucio), espacio frío
Está prácticamente en el centro y el personal es muy amable. No está tal cuál se muestra en las fotos en cuanto a estado, pues es mucho más viejo y deteriorado, pero por lo que pagas está bien para dormir y ducharse.
Se paga en efectivo y no te avisan de esto, estaría bien mencionarlo.

No nos repusieron gel ni champú, estaba prácticamente agotado cuando entramos a la habitación… Supongo que con avisar a recepción nos lo llenarían, pero no le dimos importancia porque llevábamos el nuestro.

A small hotel with atmosphere and wonderful staff and service. Ideal location, just a 15-minute walk from the old town. Safe neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and shops. Room spacious and clean. Staff exceptionally polite and helpful. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose this property again on my next visit.

professionalism and safety concerns : our experience was strongly impacted by the behaviour of the receptionist, who was our only contact during the stay.
One evening he invited us to go out with him and his cousin after his shift to “have a coffee and drive around the area”. We did not accept ( we didn’t want to go out with 2 strangers even less in their car ) . At 11:15 pm, he knocked on our room door to ask if we were ready to leave with them.
We are two young women travelling alone, and this situation made us extremely uncomfortable, especially as this request came from a staff member who had access to our room and personal details.
From that moment, we no longer felt safe in the hotel. We spent a very stressful night and decided to leave the property earlier than planned.

Muy buena atención, estuvimos muy agusto la verdad, a solo una calle del bazar y muy cerca de las mezquitas. Todo limpio y muy buen servicio, nos ayudó con el traslado y con cualquier necesidad que tuviéramos. Totalmente recomendable.
