Great location, fabulous staff, and tons of areas to hang with friends
Pros:

The location was perfect as our group was coming from different locations. Great proximity for all of us. THE STAFF WAS PHENOMENAL! Every single person we encountered was friendly,, pleasant, and very welcoming. There were tons of spaces for us to gather and just hang out. Food was unexpectedly good to be honest. All the meals we had were great.We will be back again, and have already spread the word to family and other friends.

Amazing old school lodge. Easy access to trails and state parks. Will definitely come back.

A nice get-away but a little pricey for the guestroom.

Loved that it was onsite and ease of access when my partner was sleeping or resting.

Bed was comfy. Shower was great. The little Cafe in the front by registration was wonderful. It should be opened longer hours since it was the only good food on the hotel

Cons:

Pool hours suck. Should open earlier. The restaurant was horrendous. My pork chop was inedible. My husband had filet, supposed to be medium rare, it looked like it was still alive. And for the price they charged they should be ashamed. The following evening my husband had a totally overcooked hamburger. That was 19 bucks. No counter space in the bathroom. Outlets for the phone chargers were behind furniture. It was a one and done. We won't be back.
