Cons:

We booked 2 days earlier before our check in date and expect to be serve. So on the day we supposed to check in, we didn't get any details to check in. I message and call through booking apps, and WhatsApp but no answer! Forgive me, but I assumed it's a scam even if it doesn't.

Cons:

Everything. No internet upon arrival, which also meant tv didn’t work either as it relied on internet. Room was filthy and was definitely not cleaned in between guests. Sheets had stains on them, hair everywhere throughout and bathroom smelt of cigarette smoke. The customer service team were so unhelpful, disinterested and completely unprofessional. We ended up booking accomodation elsewhere because we didn’t want to stay in that disgusting apartment. Cannot recommend at all.

Room is to small for family. Toilet/bathroom is only 1.

Superb
Pros:

Very comfortable and great views. Plenty of space to stretch out and great location.

Aircon was good in every room.

Cons:

Water in the shower wasn't quite hot. It was warm but that's ok.

Nowhere to leave luggage upon early arrival but we grabbed a late lunch nearby.
