Hotel moderno, elegante ed accogliente. Staff cortese, mi hanno fatto parcheggiare comodamente. Mi è stata assegnata una camera di categoria superiore con vista sulla valle. C'è la scelta dei cuscini e se dormire con copriletto o piumone. Set di cortesia.
Colazione in una sala moderna e accogliente con ottimo servizio abbondante.

Cons:

Forse il bagno è un pochino stretto in rapporto alla modernità della stanza ma non è stato un problema

Personnel serviable, on nous à ramener à notre voiture à la place central car soucis de compréhension avec le message reçu. Réactivité et politesse !

Pros:

Ik kreeg een upgrade naar de kamer aan de voorkant met grote ramen zodat ik de burcht zag in de verte. Badkamer was van alle gemakken voorzien. Goed bed. Het ontbijt was heerlijk.

Cons:

Ik dacht dat het 0,9 km van oude centrum was, maar het Is verder, 20 minuten lopen, met een flinke klim.

Not a professional staff!
Cons:

The staff were quite rude, we have booked two rooms. We got a different room than what we booked. They said it's an upgrade. But it was obviously not. The washroom had no space at all, little suffocating to say. It was smelly, not at all modern as shown in the photo.

This is still fine, but upon discussion with the staff they were not welcoming for the discussion. And just after that everything went downwards, the behaviour was not professional at all. It was quite visible in the face.

We have stayed at four different properties in Albania on this trip and all the other places we found the sweetest people but this had the opposite experience.
