Pros:

Veľmi príjemný pobyt. Personál od prvej chvíle ochotný a milý. Hneď nám poradili čo vidieť a ako sa tam dostať. Benefit zavolajú taxik. Prostredie veľmi pokojné a raňajky na terase spríjemnia štart dňa.

Great family hotel
Pros:

Lovely hotel, rooms and service level. Nice breakfast 8-10am. We had a parking space. Fast wifi. Lovely shower. 20-25 minute walk mostly uphill to the Old Town. Staff were friendly and printed out ferry tickets for us, no charge.

Cons:

Quite steep hill to get back to hotel but you're probably not going to get many hotels without this.

Très bon choix pour Gjirokastra
Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel
Le lit très confortable
La clim partout (il faisait 37 degrés dehors)
L’ascenseur plutôt rare en Albanie

Cons:

La salle de bain un peu trop étroite, en particulier la cabine de douche
L’emplacement un peu à l’écart de la ville mais ça va.

Excellent séjour
Pros:

Nous avons été surclassé, la chambre était juste magnifique avec une vue somptueuse sur la ville et le château. Équipements top et la propreté de la chambre était impeccable. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel.

Überragend, vor allem für den super günstigen Preis.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war wunderbar. Das Bett war super bequem. Das Frühstücksbuffet war üppig und sehr lecker. Auch konnte man abends noch schön auf der Terrasse sitzen und ein Getränk von der Bar genießen.
Schade, dass wir nur eine Nacht dort waren. Das nächste Mal mindestens 2 Nächte

El nombre del hotel resulta un poco lioso cuando llegas
Pros:

La amabilidad del personal y la limpieza. Estamos muy agradecidos que nos mejoraron el status de la habitación sin cargo adicional. El parking sin problema en la misma entrada del hotel.

Cons:

La habitación era amplia, pero el baño se quedaba pequeño para mí gusto. Plato de ducha mini, aunque muy completo en cuanto a accesorios. El nombre del hotel en la fachada es Vila Sharm, y eso da lugar a confusión.

Pros:

L'hotel si trova un po' in alto rispetto alla città "nuova" e a circa 25 minuti a piedi dalla città vecchia. C'è la possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto nel parcheggio dell' hotel.
Dalla nostra camera avevamo la visita sul castello di Argirocastro.
La ragazza che ci ha accolti al nostro arrivo è stata gentile e disponibile.
Colazione a buffet abbastanza ricca, sia di cose salate sia dolci.

Cons:

Camera nel complesso grande, ma mal strutturata: bagno piuttosto compresso e vecchiotto rispetto a quello che la struttura vorrebbe mostrare.
Internet con il wifi che andava e veniva, da un hotel 4 stelle uno si aspetterebbe una linea un po' più stabile.

Pros:

We loved it there! The rooms are beautifully decorated and spotless. The staff is super nice and helpful and they gave us a free upgrade room because of our honeymoon, so we are truly thankful for it, the views to the castle were the icing on the cake. Having a drink at their terrace is a must. Breakfast is decent and with tasty options. For sure if we are ever back in Gjirokaster, we will stay there.
