Wir haben relativ spontan gebucht und wurden freundlich empfangen. Wir haben einfach so ein Update für ein Zimmer erhalten und waren dann sogar auf der gleichen Etage einquartiert. Das Personal war unglaublich hilfsbereit und hat sich sehr bemüht, dass man sich wohl fühlt. Obwohl es ein größeres Hotel war, war die Atmosphäre nicht anonym sondern freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir würden jedem einen Aufenthalt hier empfehlen. Man ist zu Fuß in 20-30 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Das Frühstück ist eine gute Mischung aus typisch albanischem Frühstück und europäischem Frühstück. Der Kaffee ist excellent.

Geweldig hotel net buiten centrum van Gjirokaster
Pros:

Prachtig hotel met zeer mooie kamers. Is super modern en mooi ingericht. Vriendelijk personeel en heerlijk ontbijt. Heeft als een van de weinigen goeie koffie bij het ontbijtbuffet! Wij werden bij aankomst ook gratis van kamer geupgrade wat goed beviel.

Cons:

Ligt iets meer afgelegen van het centrum van Gjirokaster en is te voet een kleine klim. Naar de oude bazaar is ongeveer 20-25 min lopen. Is echter goed te doen (hebben wij wel alleen zonder koffers gedaan). Parkeergelegenheid is soms wat krapjes maar was elke keer wel genoeg plek.

Sembla acabat de restaurar i encara li falten alguns detalls com tovallolers o caixa forta a l’habitació.
No té restaurant tot i que al web s’ofereix.
Té molt bones vistes però al costat oposat del recorregut turístic.

I had a fantastic experience staying at Vila Sharm From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and professional. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was even offered a complimentary drink while waiting.

The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The bed and linens were of high quality, and the bathroom was clean and well-stocked with toiletries. I also appreciated the little touches like bottled water, a coffee machine, and a safe.

The hotel facilities were top-notch . Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, including fresh fruit, pastries, hot items, and great coffee.

The location was perfect—close to many attractions, restaurants, and public transport, yet quiet enough to get a good night’s sleep.

Overall, it was a five-star experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers!

אהבנו את המלון ובעיקר את החדר. נוח ומפנק. הצוות נהדר מסביר פנים ומשתדל מאוד להנעים. יש חניה.

חסרה לנו מראה בחדר לבדוק את עצמנו בזמן שמתלבשים ולפני שיוצאים מהחדר. את המיקום פחות אהבנו. חדר האוכל נעים והצוות נהדר, אך המבחר דל מאוד בעיקר חסרו לנו גבינות וירקות.
