Very disappointing stay

I complained about it but was not replaced,they are doggie and ripped me off

I booked for a double bed with 2adults but was given a single bed in a box room so I had to leave my partner and go for a different property since they couldn’t give me refunds .I don’t recommend to anyone

The experience was not very good

It was clean and tidy.

Cons:

The lady I talked with ,was little rude .we booked double room but when we went to the property there was already a guy in our room .we called the property people a lady picked up she asked us to knock the all rooms they have in the property . It was a waste of time we have to switch rooms .

I didn't like at all. Unfortunately I couldn't stay the address where I have to be.

She blamed booking.com that they didn't contact you, actually when I knocked the door, guy told me that we are fully booked. I said we have 2 room booking.

I awhile when she texted me that you are transferred to another address, I realised that the guy was right.

I didn't like nothing there. She promised that she will pay me taxi fare but later she denied. I have video proof denying. Such a fool lady I ever met in my life, she ruined my trip.

Cons:

I didn't like nothing because as soon as i arrived at address, lady didn't answer the phone, she talked to us by SMS after 20 min trying. she text me that ur check in 3pm, why you came earlier and your accommodation changed to new address (with out earlier notice, I was exactly outside the booked building, paid 30 pound taxi to transfer next destination, in terms of rent paid much more, might be 5 time extra because next day I had check in where she took me 1 day earlier (EXCLUSIVE 26 ROOM Add# 26 Tylehurst Gardens, Ilford, IG1 2QL United Kingdom), huge rent difference. She didn't made any discount). The room was v dirty and v bad smell from all the house. She cleaned after requesting her again and again. She was super bad attitude, never met any African lady before. She let us check in 16:30 instead of 15:00. I just arrived from Cyprus and waiting outside the building in windy and cold weather in order to get inside to relax a bit.
Next day morning she wake me up 10:15 to inform me that ur check out is 11, she texted me on WhatsApp as well. Pics are attached.
