Pros:

Clean , comfortable , great smell . Helpful host although I didn't even meet her .

Cons:

No resteraunt , would have prefered a cooked breakfast . Had to eat an evening meal at the local RSL

Pros:

This is the place to stay in Dubbo. Great rooms & staff. Lovely free continental breakfast. On site parking. Close to the CBD & across the road from the RSL Club

Room was nice and clean

Cons:

Arrived on a 40 degree day and all the windows were open and no air condition on. Took all evening to try to get the room to cool which wasn't very successful. Air conditioning unit was not powerful effort.

Weekend getaway
Pros:

Fantastic location walking distance to the main street shops and resturants. I was a bit worried it might be noisy due to the location but it was super quiet and peaceful. The room was elegant and well appointed and the breakfast room was a lovely and relaxing spot. I would stay again.

Very relaxing and conveniently located
Pros:

Awesome service always checking in and also did our washing for us

Cons:

Needs bigger air conditioner to cope with the extreme heat - it was very hot when we stayed 40+

Very comfortable and handy location.
Pros:

The room and ensuite on arrival were clean and fresh. Large space to spread out and relax. Nicley finished off decor with a historical old world charm theme throughout. Easy access to the building and room. Good supply of continental breakfast foodstuffs. Short walking distance to pubs, clubs and restaurants.

Cons:

Off street limited. Busy streets on two sides of the property contributing to louder than normal road noise levels into the evening.
