decent for short stays.
Pros:

Location. It's located in a Chinese-populated area but no worries, a lot of Malays and Indians were also staying there during my stay. Also, the staff are Malay also. I love that we have the iron and ironboard inside the room. As usual, there's water dispenser and if yours ran out, just go to other floor. And i saw that the rooms are also available to book for a whole month. i mean, the rate for a hotel room for a month is quite decent, considering you got security and wifi and decent comfort. but those with cars are not suitable for long term stay since it's shoplot.

Cons:

why got no spoon? like mate, i need spoon if u gimme more than one mug to use.. Also, this is my unreasonable demand i guess but i just can't fathom any space that has a bathroom or toilet access but dont have floor mat, its slippery mate. OH! one of the towel is also not guest-approved decency so might need to revamp on towel stocks.
