The view. The jacuzzi
The umbrella is broken.
Even in such a place there's no soundproof. I could here many things from our neighbors.
And nobody came when I told that there's a dead bird on the sofa outside
I took Coffee Tour (which I loved) and stayed to see volcán Fuego (but it stayed behind clouds the whole time). I will come back sometime with my family. I actually found the place via a live YouTube feed of Fuego that originated from the Finca.
Everything was really fine. The staff was very helpful and kind. The cabañas, the food - the views - everything was wonderful. I liked the jacuzzi very much. :)
The whole experience was great, location and food were amazing and the room really exceeded our expectations also super well taken care of.
We had a hiccup with our breakfast initially, after some back and forth hotel agreed to include the missing breakfast but it was really a weird interaction initially, besides that all was amazing!
Breakfast that is included is incredible, the cabina was amazing with the most incredible views, staff were wonderful, food was good, i was literally sad to leave. Other activities there were great, easy to get to as well.
I did mention this to them that they needed to prune the bushes where the hot tub was because they had gotten so high it blocked the view, but that was literally it and easily sorted!
We loved our stay at Finca San Cayetano! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, especially towards our toddler. Breakfast with a view of the volcano was pure paradise—we could have stayed another week! The animal farm, playground, and playroom were fantastic additions, offering plenty of entertainment for our little one.
The only downside was that our cabin was the farthest, and without a car, we had to request rides a few times—but the team was always helpful and accommodating.
Large, clean room, well appointed.
Lack of privacy for using hot tub or outside area. The fence that should screen off the area was missing many parts, so we weee in plain view of next cabins.
The only seating, despite space inside the room was one desk chair. During cold windy days/nights there was no way to view volcano except standing.
This cabana Eva Luna, was much less comfortable than our previous stay.
Everything about the property was on point.
