Gorgeous, clean and stunning location! Loved our stay here. Highly recommend.
Pros:

We booked off the back of a bad hote, there seemed to be a glitch in the system (booking.com) and we were sort of waiting around in the cold for our keys which was rectified. They didn't have the room we booked but offered a different one and refunded us the difference. Honestly the location and facilities were perfect. Cannot fault it. It was clean and warm and safe and the locaion for us doing the Polar run was right outside the door! Stunning all round

Cons:

Maybe the hot water could have been hotter but I think thats just a cultural difference. Nothing, brilliant! Would stay again.

Gute Lage , schöne Ausstattung

Cons:

Preis- & Leistung passte schlussendlich nicht.
Ausser der Lage hat es nicht sehr viele aussergewöhnliche Merkmale. Sehr dünne Wände/Böden, so das man alles von Aussen oder vom Dachboden hört. Geschirrspühler war nicht mal ausgeräumt und war voll so etwas darf nicht passieren.
Nicht mal eine TV hatte unsere Unterkunft, man hatte die Möglichkeit mit dem Handy zu streamen finde ich in der heutigen Zeit falsch.

Great location but very lively and loud nightlife. Not recommended for a quiet stay.

No television to plug in devices. The night club over the road was extremely loud from 2300-0400 we could still hear it with the bedroom door closed.

Fantastic, would definitely return here and will recommend it to others.
Pros:

Everything! It was clean,modern and in a great location. A couple of really minor issues I emailed them about on check-in were responded to at 8pm, very impressive. Some basics like tea, al foil, plastic wrap and paper towels in the kitchen were appreciated.

Cons:

The front windows were covered in bird poo! Hard to control but it looked like it had been there for a while. The bedroom is very small, one side of the bed is against the wall. Not a dealbreaker but omitted from the photos, I’d rather know in advance what I’m getting.

The location js walking distance to the small town

Cons:

A TV should be good.
At the shower, there should be a platform to put toiletries because we have to put our shampoo bottles on the floor.

And there is no floor mat in the shower, could be dangerous if the guest slip and fall.

The room door could not be closed as well

Good value in a great location
Pros:

Great communication with owner/manager beforehand. Find the building on google maps and it’s perfectly clear once you’re there. From the airport we took bus 42 (less than £2) and got off at Killengreen Gate and it’s just a 10 mins walk up the road.
Turn left into the pedestrian area and walk until you see a blue building on the left. This is the apartment block. There are two separate entrances one for 104 at the side and one round the back for 106. We had SG106-201 see room plan. One bed apartment. Small but perfectly ok for two and everything works. Great location in Tromsø. Comfortable bed. Good shower. Hairdryer. Hand Soap. Washing up liquid. Dishwasher tabs. Dish cloth. Lots of restaurants opposite and close by, and a Co-op. Would recommend staying here and we paid £87 per night. Wednesday and Thursday were quiet nights, no noise at all.

Cons:

The “photos” on the website look like artists impressions and in reality it’s smaller and a little dusty. Several plastic pot plants which just gather dust and IMO make the place look shabby. The design proportions of the apartment are wrong, making a very small bedroom so one person in the small double bed is right up against the wall. Sparsely equipped kitchen. Uncomfortable sofa. Inadequate curtains - lack of privacy. Dirty windows. Bathroom is kind of like a wet room as shower is open on one side. Towels provided but no bath (floor) mat or kitchen towels. I would still recommend staying here! Just trying to add useful comments.
