Interesting conglomerate of small rooms shared facilities
Not clean / washing machine was started around midnight/ owner of building very loud during the night / dirty smelly fridge/ way overpriced

The landlord is absolutely disgusting - they won't return our security deposit, the whole place smells musty, the bathroom is filthy, and it's just not comfortable at all to stay there. They downgraded our room without permission when we first checked in, and only later did they switch us to a different room.
Misrepresented it's name as holiday inn hard to find rsbg twice to get direction drive outside looked run down and dirty could not access premises waited 30 minutes then left had to find accommodation elsewhere

The “inn” is a house with bedrooms posed as the different rooms. The utilities are shared with all there. It compares to a cheap hostel except the price is jacked up!
Dirty no floor covering just bare cement manager tried to get $200 out of me just to get a key to my room. Refused to refund me as I asked as soon as I seen the dive I was to stay in

Misleading ‘Holiday Inn’ in the name but has no association with the Holiday Inn chain. Tried both entry’s buzzed no answer had to cancel stay and drive back to the GOLD COAST THAT NIGHT. WEEKEND COMPLETELY RUINED.
REVIEWS ON THE PLACE INDICATED THAT IT WAS UNSAFE TO STAY THERE AND COMPLETELY SURPRISED THAT BOOKINGS.COM STILL HAVE IT LISTING ON THEIR APP!

This was the most over priced and disgusting place I have ever stayed. $240 per night for a room under a house which smelt, was dingy, the bed was ripped!
The place resembled a flop house for drug addicts!

The manager and owner have dodged and deceived once ready for checkout. After instructions from Michail gemtmen that opens and showed room. Stating that's it's an additional 200 if wish to kep key for night or 1000security.i paid with card and was assured money back next morning. Stilll being ignored by management and am out of pocket plus room. Was in kept to say the least
