I didn’t get to stay as nobody answered the door, not welcoming like other accomodations
Pros:

It appears from other reviews I was lucky to NOT have stayed at this accomodation as others state fees for room key and cleaning fee were not reimbursed after “promised” it would. Nobody likes being scammed and business should be aware this will not encourage return visits.

Cons:

No one Answers the door. False advertising it was an inn, lack of parking spots as is a private residence in a residential street. Does not stand out as a place to stay, not welcoming, was scary to approach as in full darkness. Really needs to be reviewed by advertising company. I would like my money back.

Walked out 10 minutes after walking in. The same with 3 other people checking in. Disgusting property that was unsafe and unlivable. No refund for the stay and no help from booking in dealing with the terrible property manager. Avoid at all cost.

All of it! Couldn't stay there, The place is filthy and stinks. Its like a drug den. The photos they have put up on Booking.com are fake! They are not pictures of this accommodation.
I would not recommend anyone waste their money Booking this place, they wont give you a refund. They are ripping people off. The bedrooms are flimsy partition walls to separate the beds! Not even a proper room.

The place was filthy, and completely different to the photos in advertising. Only when I read google reviews after I had booked did I get accurate reviews rather than the rubbish on booking.com! Pity it was none refundable or I would have driven 235km home and back again instead of staying there, or 30ish km to Novotel for the same price stay

The landlord is absolutely disgusting - they won't return our security deposit, the whole place smells musty, the bathroom is filthy, and it's just not comfortable at all to stay there. They downgraded our room without permission when we first checked in, and only later did they switch us to a different room.

The “inn” is a house with bedrooms posed as the different rooms. The utilities are shared with all there. It compares to a cheap hostel except the price is jacked up!

Misleading ‘Holiday Inn’ in the name but has no association with the Holiday Inn chain. Tried both entry’s buzzed no answer had to cancel stay and drive back to the GOLD COAST THAT NIGHT. WEEKEND COMPLETELY RUINED.
REVIEWS ON THE PLACE INDICATED THAT IT WAS UNSAFE TO STAY THERE AND COMPLETELY SURPRISED THAT BOOKINGS.COM STILL HAVE IT LISTING ON THEIR APP!
