Heel fijn hotel, goede ligging, en er zit een wellness bij.

Cons:

Het enige minpunt was de mannelijke receptionist, Tonio, die erg ongeïnteresseerd en lui overkwam. Legde niets uit. Ik vroeg of we konden ontbijten , nee, pas vanaf 09.00 uur. Maar we moesten eerder vertrekken en toen ik kwam aangeven dat we toch maar niet wilden wachten was hij opgelucht, hij had er geen zin in. Ook met het boeken van de spa deed hij moeilijk, terwijl de vrouwelijke receptionist wel de moeite nam om dingen uit te leggen en ons te helpen.

Pros:

Schönes großes Zimmer mit sehr bequemen Betten. Sehr gute Ausstattung. Kostenfreier Wellness Bereich. Sehr nettes Personal. Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet. Mit eigenem Parkplatz.

Ein gutes Hotel für den Aufenthalt in San Cristobal de la Casas
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut und recht zentral. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
In Summe passt hier das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gut zueinander

Cons:

Das Zimmerfenster geht in den Innenhof des Hotels. Ansonsten passt alles

Muy bueno en relación calidad-precio.
Pros:

Nos gustó la ubicación, la atención y las instalaciones. El restaurante es pequeño, semi abierto y siempre nos atendieron muy bien.

Cons:

El estacionamiento está a pocas cuadras. Si necesitas el coche a diario, puede ser un poco incómodo. No fue nuestro caso porque el hotel se encuentra a pocas cuadras del centro histórico y de los andadores turísticos.
