Botanic Sapa Hotel

This property was incredible & by far the best place I have stayed in over 7 weeks of travelling Asia. It was also one of the most affordable places with by far the friendliest most accommodating owners. everything about the room was perfect. The location is as central as you can get & once again the owners could not do enough to welcome us and ensure our stay was perfect!

L'accueil et l'attention de Vanh, la douceur de l'atmosphère, la vue, les p'tits bonbons sur le comptoir... La propreté: ménage et changement de serviettes quotidiens. Le calme.

De eigenaresse, Van, doet er echt alles aan om het je naar je zin te maken. Het is superschoon en je bent na 39 traptredes midden in het centrum. Prima lokatie dus. De kamer is ietwat klein, maar voor een paar dagen prima. De foto’s zijn echt zoals het er is.

Es war so ein toller Aufenthalt in Botanic Sapa Hotel..
Alles hst super gepasst und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt...Ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen.

なんの予定も立てず、大して調べもせず、サパに着きましたが、大変丁寧に対応いただき、滞在3日間で訪れるべき場所と計画を丁寧に教えてくださいました。翌日にもかかわらず、ツアーなども予約サイトと変わらない値段で手配してくださいました。立てていただいた計画通りに行動したら大変充実した日々を過ごせました。
おすすめのフォーのお店も大変美味しくて、毎日通いました。
毎回、ホテルに帰る際、笑顔で迎えていただき、実家のような安心感がありました。
また、make up roomも大変早く、2日目にはフルーツのサービスもいただき、大変美味しかったです。
最終日には遅くまで荷物を預かっていただき、帰りにお土産として、お菓子とお水をいただきました。
サパの旅がこんなにも充実していたのはボタニックホテルに泊まったおかげです。またサパに来る時はぜひこのホテルに泊まりたいです！

It was perfect the lovely couple who ran it was the best , the facilities and location were brilliant

Van, her husband and daughter Mia were incredible hosts. We immediately felt welcomed and at home.
Van went out if her way to make sure we had a wonderful stay.
There appears to be six double rooms, each is incredibly clean, has a small balcony and very comfortable beds. Best of all the homestay is away from the main road and therefore very quiet at night.

We have stayed at many such places and Van stands out as one of the best hosts.

Notre séjour a été des plus agréables. Le lit était très confortable, la chambre et la salle de bains très propre . L'hôtel est situé un peu en retrait de l'achalandage des rues de Sapa tout en étant très proche de tout. Notre hôte Van est des plus charmante. En arrivant elle nous a fourni un croquis de la ville pour nous situé. Elle nous a conseillé des endroits où allez mangé, à visiter, ou faire laver notre linge. Elle s'est assuré que notre séjour soit des plus agréables. On recommande l'endroit sans hésiter.

זה לא מלון זה הום סטיי אבל לגמרי נותן תחושה של מלון!
המאחרת הייתה סופר אדיבה ונחמדה, מסבירת פנים וכמעט תמיד תחכה לכם בכניסה. ממש מהממת. עזקה לנו עם מכבסה באיזור, דאגה שהכל יהיה כמו שצריך!!
החדר היה מדויק עבורנו להעביר בו שני לילות ואני ממש ממליצה (:
זה נמצא באמצע גרם מדרגות - לנו זה לא היווה בעיה אבל לידע הכללי.

Sapa Hotel is such a nice place! I can only recommend it. I stayed there 5 days mixing holidays with work and it worked out great.
The view of the room was amazing even when it was foggy or cloudy and it’s quite peaceful.
I stayed there in winter so it was quite cold but the heating works very well and the electric blankets as well.
The room was super clean and the shower was also good. After showering the room gets a little damp, but like most hotels and accommodations in Vietnam, and nothing that the dehumidifier can't fix after running for a while.
Van is the best host ever. She gave me a lot of very good recommendations as soon as I arrived, let me do an early check in and helped with everything I needed.
It felt like being at home, so again 100% recommended!

We had the most wonderful comfortable stay here. The family hosting is so warm and welcoming. They helped with our huge luggage and often provided snacks and water. Very comfortable bed love the heating pad. Central location. Hot shower quality sheets. We really enjoyed the lunch restaurant attached very local and quality meal for 50 dong.

The place and family running it are truly exceptional. When we arrived in the morning, Van helped us to organise itinerary for every day of our stay. She suggested places to eat, organised tickets for us etc.
The place itself is quiet, exceptionally clean, our room had a balcony with the mountains view, and was fully equipped with everything one may need.
It was the best stay we've had in Vietnam! Cosy, clean, in a great location with exceptional hosts! It truly exceeded my expectations and was at a great value. Thank you!

The hosts are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. They sit down with you and give you a bunch of information about the area, where things are located, restaurant recommendations, etc. The mattresses and linens were very comfortable and cozy. The heated blankets were an extra plus when it got chilly. The location is close to the heart and center of the town, everything you need is within walking distance. Everything was great, this was one of our favorite stays during our one year long trip.
