Botanic Sapa Hotel

Sapa Hotel is such a nice place! I can only recommend it. I stayed there 5 days mixing holidays with work and it worked out great.
The view of the room was amazing even when it was foggy or cloudy and it’s quite peaceful.
I stayed there in winter so it was quite cold but the heating works very well and the electric blankets as well.
The room was super clean and the shower was also good. After showering the room gets a little damp, but like most hotels and accommodations in Vietnam, and nothing that the dehumidifier can't fix after running for a while.
Van is the best host ever. She gave me a lot of very good recommendations as soon as I arrived, let me do an early check in and helped with everything I needed.
It felt like being at home, so again 100% recommended!

We had the most wonderful comfortable stay here. The family hosting is so warm and welcoming. They helped with our huge luggage and often provided snacks and water. Very comfortable bed love the heating pad. Central location. Hot shower quality sheets. We really enjoyed the lunch restaurant attached very local and quality meal for 50 dong.

The place and family running it are truly exceptional. When we arrived in the morning, Van helped us to organise itinerary for every day of our stay. She suggested places to eat, organised tickets for us etc.
The place itself is quiet, exceptionally clean, our room had a balcony with the mountains view, and was fully equipped with everything one may need.
It was the best stay we've had in Vietnam! Cosy, clean, in a great location with exceptional hosts! It truly exceeded my expectations and was at a great value. Thank you!

The hosts are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. They sit down with you and give you a bunch of information about the area, where things are located, restaurant recommendations, etc. The mattresses and linens were very comfortable and cozy. The heated blankets were an extra plus when it got chilly. The location is close to the heart and center of the town, everything you need is within walking distance. Everything was great, this was one of our favorite stays during our one year long trip.

老闆娘Van十分親切友善，而且會照顧旅客的需求。我們第一天因為搭隔夜巴士一大早就抵達，飯店可以讓我們先寄放行李，老闆娘也立刻接待我們，詢問我們有想去哪些景點，並幫我們確認天氣以及規劃每天行程。因為老闆娘的資訊，讓我們可以去到最想去的番西邦峰並看到美麗的風景。另外老闆娘也有推薦當地的yi-chin/老柴村/Ta van tour，但不會給我們壓力，讓我們自行決定行程。每天回來老闆娘都會關心一下我們的狀況，房間也是每天整理，住宿體驗超級好。老闆娘的英文能力也很好，溝通無障礙。推薦的餐廳、租車店、洗衣店、商店都很不錯，沒有踩雷，整體超級推薦！

Great host, good English and her daughter plays the piano excellently. Central location too.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Good shower pressure. The room also had a view to the mountains: looking to the right, we could actually see the summit of Mount Fansipan. The aircon worked nicely so we could keep warm on cold nights.
But the best thing about this place was the people: Van and her family made us feel welcomed. We really enjoyed speaking with Van, who was always very helpful with tips about Sa Pa, and also loved meeting her handsome cat Moon (Mun)!

Exceptional stay in Sapa!!! Van is the loveliest. So kind, thoughtful, and accommodated my need for cleanliness. She gave me the warmest welcome and even more adorable farewell. She was incredibly attentive throughout my stay, checking in with me regularly, particularly because i had some bad food before checking in and was sick. The most wonderful host you could ask for. I felt very safe and comfortable. The rooms I stayed in were perfect for my needs. The view cannot be overstated!!! Every morning and night I felt like I was looking at the most incredible scenery. Would definitely come here again.

A real home away from home. The family who own the hotel are absolutely wonderful, so kind, helpful, warm and welcoming. The rooms were great, exactly as advertised and the shower was really good. Wifi reached everywhere, the balcony was cool and the room was warm enough. Would highly recommend, would definitely go back!

Van is the best host ever! The great location and Van's care to details and clients' wellbeing made my stay in Sapa 10x better! One of the best stays I had in my whole life, for sure. 1000% recommended!

The hotel is beautiful, really well kept and super clean. Everything looks new and sparkling but at the same time cozy and homy. The owner (the wife) is a true gem. She gave me meds and thermometer since I was sick, gave us a map and explained how to get around and also recommended a great restaurant - very local, and not overpriced. The room had a breathtaking view .

Everything!!! The property was so beautiful, especially the view. This was a family run homestay and the owners were so kind and helpful. She gave us ideas of what to do during the day. Could not recommend more.

Een kamer met een prachig uitzicht over de vallei. De eigenaresse is super lief en vriendelijk. We hebben al haar suggesties voor bezienswaardigheden en restaurants opgevolgd en dat heeft ons verblijf meer dan goed gedaan. Absolute aanrader!
