Pros:

Amazing family who runs the business, Van, her husband, and her daughter were very nice and helpful, perfect stay.

בניגוד למלון שאף אחד לא מכיר אותך ,כאן יש ממש דאגה ,יחס אישי
רצון לעזור . המקום נמצא במקום מרכזי ומצויין .
אנשים מבוגרים צריכים לקחת בחשבון שיש כ 30 מדרגות לרדת למלון . הוא בוטיק קטן וביתי .

Theres nowhere better to stay in Sapa!
Pros:

One of best homestays I've have ever experienced. Van and Minh are the most wonderfully helpful people. Local, personal advice, nothing too much trouble. Why anyone would choose hotel with homestays like this around are beyond me. Will be returning soon!

Alojamiento muy bonito, habitaciones muy limpias y ubicación inmejorable! En el centro pero en una calle sin coches!
Lo mejor son sin duda las vistas!!
Una mención especial a la dueña que es un encanto y te ayuda en todo!

, משפחה מתוקה בטירוף שמנהלת את המלון , כל הזמן דאגו לנו , הכל היה נקי ומצוחצח ברמה גבוהה
וגם המליצו לנו על מקומות לטייל ולאכול וממש הייתה אווירה טובה , קרוב למרכז וגם לא בתוך מוקד הרעש של סאפה

Pros:

Ich habe alles gemocht, Van und ihre Familie sind super freundlich und haben mich sehr freundlich aufgenommen.
Beim Zimmer hat es an nichts gefehlt und es war sauber., Der Boiler und die Klimaanlage funktionieren, zudem kann man vom Balkon aus die Berge sehen.
Obwohl das Gebäude sehr zentral gelegen ist, bekommt man von dem Trubel um die Ecke nichts mit.
Sollte ich nochmal nach Sapa kommen, werde ich wieder buchen.

I had an incredible stay. The rooms were beautiful and the view from the balcony was just amazing. It has been my favourite stay in Vietnam by far.

Feels like home with the best bed in Vietnam!
I had an incredible stay! The family running the hotel is absolutely lovely, and they instantly made me feel right at home. The bed was easily the most comfortable one I’ve had in all of Vietnam.

Cons:

Please note that there are quite a few stairs to reach the hotel, but the family was so kind and helped me carry my luggage up. Highly recommended!

房間雖然不大，但是乾淨又舒適，剛好在三樓房間有陽台可以看到梯田景觀真的很美，老闆娘非常貼心地幫我們規劃 行程，也很關心我們的需求，離開前也協助確認巴士的訊息，讓我們更安心，讓我們刷卡付房費且未收手續費，以免我們現金不足，服務一級棒

A hidden gem with exceptional hosts
Pros:

Van and Minh are friendly and super helpful. The room was well maintained, quiet and very clean. The property is conveniently located and a short distance from the busy main street.

Beautiful and will love to return to Botanic Sapa Hotel one day
Pros:

It was extremely clean and it has a good view to the mountain valley! Yet, it’s very central to areas like Sun Plaza. But, what made our stay really memorable was the host!!!!

The best homestay I have ever had!
Pros:

This is absolutely the best stay I have ever had! No luxury resort can beat the kind hearts of Vân and her welcoming family. From the moment I received my first message from her, I knew I made the right choice. She had made a handmade map from the city and will explain the best restaurants and activities in town

The views from the room are amazing! I highly recommend booking the deluxe room for a spectacular view on the mountains. Botanic Sapa is only a short walk to the main square (5 mins) with some stairs, but very doable!

Bonus points for their cat Moon! He’s such a cutie! You’ll really feel at home here when booking with Vân!
