Pros:

La chambre était très propre, le lit confortable avec une magnifique vue sur les montagnes. L'emplacement est très pratique avec pleins de bons cafés et restaurants dans les alentours. Les hôtes sont adorables et donnent pleins d'explications sur les activités à l'arrivée à l'hôtel.

Pros:

Die Lage ist toll! Und die Gastgeberin ist so herzlich und hilft einem bei allem (Transport, Ausflüge, Planung vor Ort, Wäscheservice mit Rückgabe am selben Tag). Ebenso haben wir kleine Aufmerksamkeiten wie Wasser bei der Abreise und Obst erhalten. Die Zimmer sind sauber und haben einen tollen Blick auf die Berge. Wenn wir nochmal in Sapa sind kommen wir definitiv wieder! Preis/Leistung unschlagbar! Wir wünschen der Familie nur das Beste!

Pros:

It’s very clean and the location was really good as it’s close to the center. The host was very nice and accommodating even when we arrived very late at night. The place is very homey and the host even went out of her way to make food for my sister when she was sick and stuck in her room. Thank you for an amazing stay, Van. Highly recommended homestay
Pros:

Everything was pretty much as described. The room is beautifully decorated and the hotel in a central location with nice views of the valley (on upper floor rooms). Minh the owner took time to map out Sapa surroundings and things to do.

Amazing! Very clean and comfortable.
Pros:

Great location right in the centre but still tucked away enough to be quiet. Room was lovely, cosy and spotless, cleaned daily. The host was extremely helpful, welcoming and thoughtful. We were extremely comfortable during our stay and would highly recommend.

We loved everything about the property.

Wonderful host. The host was very knowledgeable about the town and provided a map and directions to the main tourist attractions and restaurants. Beautiful view on sunny days. The bed was comfortable. No mold or mildew small. Good, walkable location. There are stairs to the homestay. It's worth the stairs for the view. However, it would not be a good a choice for people with mobility issues due to the stairs. Paid laundry available next door. My best stay in Vietnam.

Perfect stay in excellent location with incredible owners!
Pros:

This property was incredible & by far the best place I have stayed in over 7 weeks of travelling Asia. It was also one of the most affordable places with by far the friendliest most accommodating owners. everything about the room was perfect. The location is as central as you can get & once again the owners could not do enough to welcome us and ensure our stay was perfect!

Fijne plek voor een paar dagen
Pros:

De eigenaresse, Van, doet er echt alles aan om het je naar je zin te maken. Het is superschoon en je bent na 39 traptredes midden in het centrum. Prima lokatie dus. De kamer is ietwat klein, maar voor een paar dagen prima. De foto’s zijn echt zoals het er is.

Het bed is best hard.

最高すぎる！！！
Pros:

なんの予定も立てず、大して調べもせず、サパに着きましたが、大変丁寧に対応いただき、滞在3日間で訪れるべき場所と計画を丁寧に教えてくださいました。翌日にもかかわらず、ツアーなども予約サイトと変わらない値段で手配してくださいました。立てていただいた計画通りに行動したら大変充実した日々を過ごせました。
おすすめのフォーのお店も大変美味しくて、毎日通いました。
毎回、ホテルに帰る際、笑顔で迎えていただき、実家のような安心感がありました。
また、make up roomも大変早く、2日目にはフルーツのサービスもいただき、大変美味しかったです。
最終日には遅くまで荷物を預かっていただき、帰りにお土産として、お菓子とお水をいただきました。
サパの旅がこんなにも充実していたのはボタニックホテルに泊まったおかげです。またサパに来る時はぜひこのホテルに泊まりたいです！
本当にありがとうございました！

Without doubt the best host ever.
Pros:

Van, her husband and daughter Mia were incredible hosts. We immediately felt welcomed and at home.
Van went out if her way to make sure we had a wonderful stay.
There appears to be six double rooms, each is incredibly clean, has a small balcony and very comfortable beds. Best of all the homestay is away from the main road and therefore very quiet at night.

We have stayed at many such places and Van stands out as one of the best hosts.
Thank you so much ....
