Mi dispiace ma fortemente insoddisfatte. Per ora, sconsigliabile
Pros:

Ci è piaciuta molto l'accoglienza dello staff, davvero molto sorridenti e disponibili. La camera, il bagno e i letti erano molto puliti.

Cons:

Purtroppo ci sono diverse cose che ci hanno lasciato insoddisfatte.
1. Appena abbiamo concluso la prenotazione (non cancellabile!!) su booking hanno iniziato a scriverci più persone su WhatsApp perché volevano ricevere un anticipo sulla prenotazione ESTERNAMENTE a booking, minacciando che se non avessimo provveduto al più presto, avrebbero cancellato la prenotazione. Poiché questo dettaglio non era stato specificato su booking, in seguito a nostre lamentele, hanno accettato di essere pagati al nostro arrivo.
2. Nell'annuncio su booking viene scritto che la distanza da Munnar è di 8 km mentre in realtà non è così, ma sono minimo 40 min di auto (senza traffico!).
3. Gli infissi sono praticamente inesistenti o inutili, entra tutto il rumore della strada e delle altre stanze.
4. C'era un rumore costante abbastanza forte, davvero fastidioso soprattutto di notte, ci ha procurato molto disturbo per poterci addormentare. Sembrava una ventola da soffitto al massimo e rumorosissima.
5. Entrambe le notti che abbiamo dormito lì, ad un certo punto, verso le 11 p.m., quando magari ci eravamo già addormentate, arrivavano delle persone nella stanza vicina e iniziavano a fare un casino tremendo: urlare, correre, ridere. Impossibile dormire, riposare. Trovo davvero assurdo che sia permessa una cosa del genere all'interno di un hotel. Veramente poco rispettoso nella cura degli ospiti presenti.
6. Ad un certo punto, non si sa come e perché, abbiamo sentito una persona provare ad aprire la porta della nostra camera, che fortunatamente avevamo chiuso dall'interno. Magari era un ospite che si era sbagliato, ma a me personalmente non era mai capitato.

Speriamo davvero tanto che questo posto possa migliorare notevolmente in trasparenza e nella materia.
