Pros:

Great location right on the river in Cork city. The staff were welcoming and helpful and we were given a free cocktail on arrival. Our room was perfect and beds comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again :-) It's grand like!

Unorthorised access to my room
Pros:

I liked the hotel

Cons:

The fact the staff gave access to my room to others without my knowledge and later after leaving realised my property was damaged, I will be contacting my solicitor, the unorthorised access also damaged a light and wall, I have photos and videos but it's on my personal phone this app is on my work phone

An enjoyable stay at a conveniently positioned hotel near city centre, with helpful friendly staff.
Pros:

Convenient location for town centre and especially the opera house where we attended a concert. Breakfast was good. Pleasant and helpful staff.

Cons:

Selection of drinks in the room could have been wider.

Quick city break.
Pros:

The location, the super friendly staff. The free upgrade we were very kindly given - so a large river view room.

Right opposite the Cork Opera House so excellent for going to a gig.
