Fabulous stay with awesomely accommodating staff, couldn’t have asked for a better stay!
Pros:

Clean, comfortable, friendly & helpful staff, convenient location.

Cons:

Splitting hairs, but, water pressure in the shower could’ve been better, sink in bathroom smelt of damp.

Cons:

I was put in the disabled room with a disabled bathroom which I am not nor my guest was either , I thought i was getting a room with big arch windows and my tv was in German or English with German subtitles couldn’t turn it off

Fortunately, we spent most of our time away from the hotel!
Pros:

Good points.
Location excellent. Very handy for centre of Cork City.
Staff were pleasant and helpful.
Breakfast offered excellent choices.
Bathroom and shower facilities very good.
Bar and dining facilities fine, although we only used them on first night.

Cons:

The room.
The room may be suitable for guests staying one night, only, or for those who like living out of a suitcase.
Absolutely unacceptable for guests staying more than one night or for those who do NOT like living out of a suitcase.
We are a couple who travel extensively in Europe, the Far East, the Caribbean, Africa and the Americas, and this is the first and only time we have stayed in a room with NO wardrobe space, NO drawer space, NO refrigerator and NO safe. The only provision for hanging clothes were 4 hangers that hung from a decorative wire frame on the wall, or ON THE FLOOR!
No adequate seating in the room, so any relaxation had to be on the bed, including watching the television.
The hotel is grossly overpriced at over €200 (£177) per night.
We shall NOT be recommending this hotel and will make appropriate comment through our booking medium.

Pleasant tourist hotel located near the heart of Cork city.
Pros:

Hotel located just across the north branch of the River Lee from the main shopping area of Cork. Nice breakfast, umbrellas available for guest use, and the TV connected easily to my mobile to stream (cast) content

Cons:

The room's "work chair" was uncomfortable and the "work desk" was unusable. I had to go down to the co-working space in the lobby to get any work done.

Very nice stay. I found cork is a good city from which to take side trips
Pros:

The location, which allowed me to walk almost everywhere. Several of the staff were especially helpful. The housekeeping staff were quite thorough.

Cons:

I was I had.access to a refrigerator as I had the opportunity for leftover food but no place to store the food
