Pros:

The room was clean.

Cons:

The shower was broken on arrival and the AC made a horrible noise all night. I was not offered another room until I packed and checked out. The staff should have been proactive and offered an alternative immediately instead of me waiting for maintenance to fix these issues. I don't have the time. To add insult, they refuse to charge me on the one night stay and are charging me for the three night booking. Terrible service.

Outstanding location, brilliant amenities, excellent staff.
Pros:

First time I’ve stayed at Pearl Garden. Check in was great, Elise and Kyler were really friendly and efficient. The check in process only took a few minutes. The room was way above expectations, immaculately clean and modern. TV channels provided plenty of choice for European guests.

Cons:

Only 1 issue, USB ports did not work.
