A lovely staff for my partners birthday.
Pros:

The staff were all friendly, helpful and polite. We enjoyed the spa facilities and spent the afternoon in the pool, steam room, sauna and whirlpool. I also had a massage with Mary the following day, which was amazing.

Cons:

We ate dinner in the bar as the dinning room was not open. The food was not the best. We both ordered burgers, which were a little over cooked. A selection of ruby=amber ales would have been nice.

Worst experience ever
Pros:

Unfortunately it wasn't very pleasant 😔

Cons:

The way they handled check in and the way I was discriminated against and was completely humiliated which led us to feel disappointed and not to be able to enjoy the weekend spa experience as my daughter felt too embarrassed to leave the room I have formal notice by email to the hotel manager for a refund as I did not get the welcome reception and the luxury spa weekend for me and my daughter like there website said I would. And could have easily been handled in a much more professional and private way

A surprise and good vibes all around = and amazing night away
Pros:

I think overall it was an amazing stay. From the minute I mentioned it was a special occasion what did the team at hilton not provide from the cake and balloon and card in the room, to late checkout to the celebrant parking covered. Honestly and the masseuse Mary and Anatasia and Summer. Thank you. Also shout out the the guy and girl at the gym and fitness area. We didnt take their names but they worked on the friday. Totally helped us in further surprising our friends and having a good laugh in the process. Honestly such an amazing vibe and service all round. Truly glad I picked the hotel to mark this occasion

Cons:

I think the only thing was the food in the evening. THE BURGER amazing But the starters not soo much. But the breakfast pancakes made up for it. I just wish I knew we could order until I saw someone else and then got a double portion. It was that good.

Pros:

We had the most wonderful stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Dartford while celebrating my daughter 8th birthday, the hospitality truly exceeded all expectations.

From the very beginning, the experience was seamless. “Kaitlin”, who assisted us with the booking, was absolutely exceptional. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was in place for a special and memorable celebration. Her kindness and attention to detail really stood out, from surprising us with an upgrade and a thoughtful birthday gift, to the staff on duty permitted an early check-in so we could decorate the room.

The interconnecting rooms itself was beautiful, clean, and perfect for hosting my daughter and her friends. The girls had an amazing time and felt so special, exactly what I had hoped for on such an important day. Every member of staff we encountered was warm, welcoming, and attentive, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable.

It’s not often you come across service that feels this personal and genuine. This stay created memories we will cherish, and I’m so grateful to the team for making my daughter’s birthday so magical.

We will definitely be returning, highly recommend to anyone looking for a hotel that truly cares about making your stay special. ✨

Love the location, the rooms are great and the beds are super comfy

Cons:

The only downside is we never got coffee or milk in the room and had to ask both days and also when the cleaner took the towels we only got one replacement not 3
