would have been better with clean & comfortable bedding, and nice staff
Pros:

it was physically appealing. nice decor, nice aesthetics.

Cons:

staff were rude. had a particularly awful experience with a housekeeping member of staff called Renu. She made my experience stressful when I already had 2 children in my care. I arrived to dirt on the bed sheets & I waited 90 minutes before someone even came. she didn't believe me, took pictures & then took 30 minutes to change the bedsheets. she became annoyed that I didn't want to put a big light on as my babies were asleep and said she was takin long because she couldn't see (despite me offering various torches). she then cut me off when speaking to her, and was rude overall.

-My teenager boys loved the cookies given at the reception
-We enjoyed the jacuzzi, sauna and steaming room.
- Had great water games at the swimming pool.
- staff are kind and professional

Lovely hotel and perfect location
Pros:

The place is immaculate, and breakfast was lovely, and the staff were polite.

It was very good value for money, I didn't get to use the facilities, but from what I saw, they were great. The beds were comfy, and the room was spacious.

Cons:

It would have been nice to have more products in the room like tea and coffee, etc, and some more products in the bathroom.

Not at all impressed and overpriced for what it was
Pros:

The overall reception area, restaurant and room were nice
Staff in reception were very nice, in particular a man that served us.

Cons:

Staff were not very welcoming.
Bathroom was a little dirty and had a dripping shower which was very disruptive and room was extremely cold. Spa changing facilities wet filthy with hair and water everywhere. My child slipped on the floor.

Pros:

Large room, large comfortable beds

Cons:

Swimming pool you had to book and only got 1 hour slot for access which we were not informed about, pool area and changing rooms dirty
