Lovely Stay
Pros:

Was greeted by the lovely Anastasia on the front desk and we were treated to warm complimentary cookies and a room upgrade. Had dinner in the bar and the staff were were welcoming and friendly, the food was also excellent. Room was clean and huge and very comfortable.
Would not hesitate to return when next in the area.

Pros:

The bed was great and lots of space in the room.
Hot water took forever to come through, about 5 mins!
Disabled toilet smelt like a drain, my husband struggled to stay in the bath room.
Bar opened late for drinks at lunch time.
There was a problem with the phone in the room whichvwas ringing on and off at 2am in the morning!
