Spacious room, pleasant complimentary toiletries, decent tea bags, neutral furnishings.
Ambient lighting a bit extreme - consider dimmer switches perhaps? Parking fee was excessive, but the hotel needs staff, and costs keep rising.

Poor service. Was told to wait 10 mins for check in as house keeping was behind… was forgotten about for over an hour until I prompted someone to help me. No apology. No hotel info provided. Awful.
My stay was terrible. Upon check-in, the reception staff greeted us, and we were told the hours for breakfast. We handed over my birthday cake and went to the room to put down our bags and prepare for swimming. In the room, we noticed that the towels were used and dirty. This is unacceptable. The reception staff called house keeping to have it changed. We swam came back to reception and asked if we could have our cake brought to the restaurant for 6pm, they said absolutely fine. At no point were we told the restaurant is closed and we should eat at the bar. It is my 40th birthday, we were dressed in lovely evening with no coats as were had booked dinner so therefore would be inside. We had to leave the premises and try to find last minute restaurant which was an hour away with no coats and young toddler. We paid for no an additional congestion charge and 6 crossings of Dartford Bridge crossings which should have only been 2 crossings. Additional cost for the evening meal in the restaurant an additional £100 or so pounds, we didn't get back in to the room till after 11.40pm due to distance and therefore was forced to cut my cake inside the room. It was stressful and a waste of time. If I have know the restaurant was not in operation I would have booked another hotel where everything was included. I a. Asking for a full refund of my stay.
Staff were extremely helpful, room was clean, pillows and duvet were like sleeping on cloud 9, so good I had to get in touch with their bedding supplier 😅
Swimming pool, health and wellness centre was my favourite, my family enjoyed our stay, woukd highly recommend
