The views were stunning and the beds were super comfy staff were lovely and the bar area was quaint and they had a small sitting room with a pool table which my son loved and they weren't fazed by his random ADHD antics although I hadn't realised id booked a disability friendly hotel at all till I spoke to some other ppl that were staying
No in house food but that was a faux-par on me not fully reading the facilities but I was provided with excellent directions to the nearest store and chippy which also delivered on our 2nd night but could have used the kitchen to heat food I think this was my mistake not the Hotels
A lovely hotel with the most helpful staff. For this much money you usually get something a bit tired. Not so at Gwesty Seren, it’s all very well equipped and modern. I’ve been before and will visit again

Our stay was entirely pleasant and the staff were at all times pleasant and caring for our needs.
Nothing,
Good sized rooms and fairly comfortable bed.
Good location if looking to go to Snowdonia only a 40-50 minute drive
Breakfast was fairly poor for the price but it done the job.
Bed was comfortable but needed to be bigger for 2 people
Bike store
No evening meal available.
We had a wonderful stay at the Gwesty Seren Hotel. It served perfectly as a base to explore Wales, as it's location is relatively close to most of the activities we wanted to do (hiking, mountain biking, etc.) The rooms were cozy and comfortable, and the staff were super friendly and helpful.
The walls seemed pretty thin and it was easy to hear anything outside your room. Most guests are respectful, so it was not a big issue for us, but it also gave us the feeling that we had to be very careful with noise, which sometimes is tricky when traveling with kids/teens.
