Nice but small room
The bed
Great little location in a nice suburb and perfect for cherry blossoms with the park across the street
The mattress of the bed was nearly non existent so we went and bought thick mattress toppers for our stay
The room is clean and size is good for a small family like ours, although we did not expect it to be self check-in, we were able to got in without problems. And we have a great stay at the apartment snd rest well. The neighborhood is very quiet and clean, and looks safe even at late night.
The location is very near to a lot of places like food restaurants, mall and attractions. The train stations are also friendly as they have elevators and lines to choose route. There is also a bus stop near the Kinshin Park.
The stairs are a little narrow to bring up luggages. The location of the fire alarm could have been higher to avoid accidental press specially when someone is carrying large bags or luggage.
That I was close to the city.
The bathroom was nice
The owner took ages to respond. Asked about toilet paper and extra bedding as it stated it was an apartment suitable for 4 people but took 2 days to respond.
Expect a long response time and just get your own replacement toiletries if you need it over asking for replacements.
I expected it to be small but not small enough to barely fit the sofa bed in the corner of the room. We didn't have any space to put our suitcases because there was no space if the sofa bed was out.
Definitely hard for a 4 person family / group to stay in.
Good size room with everything you need except the bed...
The bed was horrific. After 6 nights I could barely walk. It's like sleeping in a ironing board since the mattress is more like an inch mattress topper on wood. The kitchen didn't have anything to cook with so it was useless. Also, nobody ever responded to to the 4 emails I sent. This is an apartment not a hotel...
We like the setup of the Apartment
No lift. So you have to carry your luggage into the apartment, even if you are staying in 4th floor
Close to the train station (approx 8 mins walk). Room was clean and everything is like brand new. Helpful and quick response from the staffs.
Narrow staircase (wide enough to fit 1 person), no elevator, the location is a bit tricky to find at the start.
