Pros:

Only a few things like the Chinese cuisine and the decent breakfast , friendly reception staff, adjusted a late check out

Cons:

Room provided was not even ready ,though i checked in around half n hour late, broken tea cup, room had a foul odour of dampness n fungus marks on the bed headrest cleaned up in a hurry ,broken towel stand, bedsheet had holes in it, lift stopped working since early morning, not bothered to get it fixed though , a/ c water was leaking into the room near the dressing table, room was way too small compared to other properties

Hotel not as per recreation and Filthy
Pros:

The property is located in a residential colony and rooms are terrible. When I reached the property the room was not ready and told to wait and then I asked to see the room first and I told them the room
Does not match the description and I was told I will be shifted to bigger room in the evening. The cleaning was disgusting and the the housekeeping staff not professional and the mop used for cleaning the room was stinking and not hygienic. I will recommend not to stay there.

Cons:

The property was dirty and the cleaning standards not up to standard.
