I want to get my refund because me and my family weren’t able to check in and enjoy our stay.
Pros:

I didn’t like anything and I want a refund since I am disappointed.

Cons:

Lack of information and details. Me and my family spent lots of time trying to find which tower we were supposed to stay at but couldn’t find it because of the lack of information. The address was there but they weren’t specific about which tower we were supposed to stay at and where we were supposed to get the key. We spent lots of time circling around the towers trying to find out where our stay was supposed to be at but couldn’t find it, yet again because of the lack of information. Me and my family were traveling for 32 hours and we were exhausted. When we tried to call the phone number that was given, it kept on saying “phone not attended” when we attempted on calling which is very disappointing. We also emailed the owner but got a late reply. We ended up checking in into another hotel and we want a refund since we didn’t get to check in.
