Séjour parfait grâce à une équipe attentionnée
Pros:

Ils ont été très attentionnés envers nous ; ils nous ont conseillés et aidés dans différentes situations. La chambre était impeccable, et le ménage était fait tous les matins. L’emplacement est idéal, près de tous les sites touristiques tout en restant au calme.

Je reviendrai au PeraPort Hôtel lors de mon prochain séjour à Istanbul.

“The staff was very friendly and helpful. They kindly allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel even after check-out because we had a late-night flight. Thanks to them, we were able to spend the whole day exploring Istanbul without carrying our suitcases.”

Хорошая локация. Чистый отель
Pros:

Персонал приветливый, на лобби есть кофе, чай, микроволновка. В номере хороший фен, чайник, чай и кофе, стаканы, тарелки и тапочки. Отель чистый. Находится возле большого паркинга, Галатской башни и метро. Персонал очень приветливый. В номере тепло и тихо.

Cons:

В отеле нет лифта и нас поселили на 4 этаже и ступени крутые. Было тяжело подниматься. Также шкаф уборщиц находится возле двери в номер. Они приходят рано и начинают шуметь. Очень скользкие полы в душевой, я упала когда принимала душ.

Reccomend to stay. Good location and facilities.
Pros:

The location is amazing. Design of the hotel is also cute, as well as the friendly stuff. Reception works 24/7. Personally I loved the multiple way of lighting, as well as mirror lighting.

Cons:

Although it was said that hotel was renovated, we noticed some things that were strange, like a hole instead of ventilation it the bathroom and some places for light in the main room were empty. Also we booked a room with a balcony, but for some reason they changed it for another room. The room was still nice but balcony was one of the main reason of choosing this exact hotel.
