Pros:

Tout était tres bien. De l'accueil jusqu'à la qualité de la chambre et du lit. Le jardin est très confortable. L'emplacement idéal, proche de tout et calme à la fois. Je recommande vivement.

Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay here! The house is small and cozy, with only a few rooms, which makes the atmosphere very peaceful and welcoming.

The owner personally welcomed us, showed us around and explained everything we needed to know. He was very kind and helpful, and gave us great recommendations for places to visit and restaurants nearby. We followed one of his restaurant recommendations and were absolutely delighted — the food was delicious!

The location is also excellent, with everything within walking distance. The room was very clean and comfortable, and we really appreciated the little details: disposable toiletries, tea, coffee and a kettle in the room.

There is also a separate shared kitchen that is very well equipped with everything you might need — cooking oil, salt, pans, plates, plenty of cups and glasses, and much more.

Overall, everything was wonderful. We felt very comfortable and welcome here and would happily stay again!

Ruhiges, zentrales und geschmackvolles Hotel
Pros:

Ruhiges Haus in schöner Wohngegend und gleichzeitig sehr zentral und alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig, geschmackvoll und durchdacht eingerichtet. Es gibt sogar eine große Gemeinschaftsküche die man nutzen kann. Man kann abends auch schön im Hof sitzen. Wäre unsere erste Wahl wenn wir wieder hier wären. Gute Restaurantempfehlungen des sehr freundlichen Besitzers.

Уютный отель не далеко от центра Кутаиси. В номере было очень чисто и горячая вода без перебоев! Давид очень душевно нас встретил и всегда был на связи по любым вопросам. В этот отель хочется вернуться!

I was satisfied with my stay, though I would say this is more of a guest house snd not hotel :). The room was big and clean and the host was super friendly and responsive and they accepted my early check in with no issue!
The place had a shared big kitchen as well!

Cons:

The house has a beautiful garden but there were manyyy but there was a loud noise from the True crickets on trees.( late August) . I use earplugs to sleep so I had no issues but maybe not the best for a light sleeper. But I didn’t notice any other issues.

Отель шикарный, по фото сначала думала так простой но в Реале было намного лучше, чисто аккуратно и уютно самое главное район хороший пешком можно обойти все достопримечательности
