Our stay would have been wonderful if the hotel prioritises quality customer care & good service
Pros:

The rooms were clean

Cons:

The shower was either too hot or too cold; the water cannot be adjusted to preferable temperature. There are no mats on the floor, and the tiles were too cold. I got very sick during my stay and had asked for water and soft drink to be brought to my room and the receptionists told me I should come up to reception and get it myself. The manager then told me that they were not a room service hotel even though I explained how sick I was. We had to call quite a few times to beg for toilet paper. The receptionist then called me on Saturday night demanding a proof of payment from me even though we made our payment through booking.com she insisted I should also provide her with one.

Cons:

No hot water. It was terrible for a cold night and morning. Poor curtains allow bright outside lights into the room so one is unable to sleep. Disturbances from noisy guests arriving in the middle of the night.

Pros:

Everything about Notebook is 100% perfect. The staff was amazing. The meal were delicious. The pool was clean. The rooms were cleaned and we love the white warm sheets.
