Hotel is new one ,there was no space walk around bed,no stool keep mobile charging by d side of cot,most worst thing is there was no electricity supply to hotel ,there they running generator when we came to hotel & off when we we out of hotel, when we enter reception room generator smoke smell inside d reception totally it is very difficult to guest as well as staff of hotel rate was also too much when compair to facility

I suspect a devious scam. Despite charging a 3 star rate, they don’t clearly say it’s non AC on booking.com and when you check in they over charge you for AC upgradation. Then they personally call you up and request not to reveal these

It was a pleasant stay.
Pros:

The rooms were clean. The hotel is well kept and well maintained. It is at walkable distance to the temple. It appears like it was recently renovated. It has fresh look and appearance. The front desk staff was friendly and courteous. The towels were fresh and clean. The allowed us to stay for 24 hours from the time of checkin. We checked in at 5:30am and so, this was super useful to stay until late evening train.

Cons:

They said my original reservation was a non a/c room. They asked for Rs.200 more. The extra money is not a big deal. But felt weird that it was not mentioned anywhere during our reservation. We paid for it and enjoyed the A/C room.
