スタッフの応接が、笑顔と親切心で一杯で良かった。

清潔感はある
Pros:

駅からまあまあ近い。部屋は清潔。犬山観光はしやすい立地。

Cons:

近くにコンビニがない。モーニング（朝食）をやっていない。シャワーの温度の調整の仕方が懐かしかった。隣の人のいびきが筒抜け。

凄く良かった！
Pros:

城に近い。ウェルカムドリンクのコーヒーは美味しかった。キャスルビューでライトアップした城は綺麗。スタッフは親切丁寧で気持ちが良い。また泊まりたい、と思う。

Cons:

エアコンの調節ができれば、もっと良かった。

コスパ、ボスピタリティ共に非常に良かった！
Pros:

最初の印象は古いホテルだなという感じだったが、特に不便はなく安心・快適に過ごせ、往年のホテルとしてのプライドを感じた。
フロントの方も皆感じ良く気持ち良くすごせ、ホテルマンとしてきちんとしてるなと好感が持てた。

犬山駅にも犬山城にも近くてロケーションも大変良い。グループなら広さが売りの民泊でも良いだろうが、1人旅なら安心感という点で断然お勧めしたい。

Cons:

経費面の理由からだろうが、かつては営業していたらしいレストランがクローズしていて素泊まりになるのが、少し残念。
きっと良いレストランだったのだろうと思うので。

Pros:

スタッフさんの対応が、明るく、丁寧、適切、で気持ち良かった。
掃除等　行き届いていました。
コインランドリー、電子レンジ、助かりました。

Cons:

2階の電子レンジ近くのカーテンが破れていて(かぎ裂きのようになっていて) 残念でした。

駅近で便利
Pros:

チェックイン時にスマホの充電コードを貸してくれて、チェックアウト後に荷物を預かってくれて、雪だったので傘を貸してくれて、親切でした。

Cons:

浴室・トイレの戸の内側のノブがセロハンテープで留めていて怖かったので、閉めずに少し隙間を空けて入りました。

フロントには報告しました。
