Pros:

Velmi dobrá lokalita v blízkosti historické osady Side, pouze cca 1,2 km po pobřežní promenádě, Pozvolný vstup do moře po písčité pláži, vhodné pro malé děti.

Cons:

Ve všech prostorech mimo restauraci je v každé denní době řada kuřáků jejichž kouř znepříjemňuje pobyt nekuřákům. Pokoje v bungalovech mají jediné okno do vnitřního dvora a uvnitř je málo denního světla.

Das Essen war Ok, das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand und an der Uferpromenade.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr enttäuschend. Die Duschkabine ist nicht dicht. Die Klimaanlage ist laut und es kommt ein modrig schimmliger Geruch aus der Klimaanlage. Die Aussicht und Lage des Zimmers lässt sicherlich kein Ulaubsfeeling aufkommen. Die Bungalows sahen sehr schön aus aber dementsprechend Preis teuer. Wir hatten mehrere Hotels auf unserer Reise und dieses war mit Abstand das schlechteste Preis Leistungsverhältnis.

Super beach and location
Pros:

I liked the location and the staff and everyday cleanin of the room. The food was also very good.
The beach was great as well.

Cons:

It was a bit too hot. There should have been more fans in the dining room. Sometimes it was too hot to eat

Sehr Angenehmer Aufenthalt .
Pros:

Lage Top nur 50-100 m zum Strand je wo das Zimmer war
Eigener Strand somit keine zusätzliche Kosten für Liegen
Getränke konnte man sich vom Restaurant holen
Essen sehr Abwechslungsreich

We recommend!!
Pros:

Great location across the beach and close to the antique town- food was varied with daily choices of fish meat salads and local specialties -
Rooms were made up daily and fridges filled up with still and sparkling water.
Staff was proactive and friendly

Fantastic location!
Pros:

The location, the food and drinks, the service in the restaurant, the beach, the citrus garden and the cats were superb! All members of staff were friendly and helpful, working very hard for your comfortable stay. It was nice that some of them, mostly communicating in German, could speak a bit of English and tiny bit of Russian.

Our first bungalow was smaller, not like on the booking.com photos, with only one side table, tight for two women but may be be ok for a couple or a single person. It was not difficult to change after asking in the reception. The reason we asked was that our neighbour kept us awake from 4 a.m. with very loud coughing and smoking traditional cigarettes with a very inquisitive smell. We became happier with our second bungalow, which was a lot more spacious with two side tables, like on the booking.com site. In both bungalows the beds were comfortable and the shower was great.

We truly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay, particularly if you like cats. If you buy some cat's food, you will be surround by grateful and dedicated furry friends. I wonder what will happen to them during winter months?

Overall, we have enjoyed our holiday. We thank the staff of Ozlem Garden Hotel for making it enjoyable.

Cons:

It was quite difficult to get away from heavily smoking guests of the hotel in all communal areas, but possible.

The free airport taxi transfer was not available as advertised on the hotel profile. Be ware this service was offered by booking.com not by the hotel. This offer was not possible to use on booking.com after I booked the hotel. For some reasons it disappeared. Complaint to the booking.com. Eventually, I booked a private taxi for 50 euro, which is a standard fee, independently from the hotel.

Five calm and happy days of our life, real relaxation.
Pros:

Meals were very good and the location is perfect. We had a late departure and were kindly allowed to stay in the room after the due hour. And the most woderful impression was the sea beach.

Cons:

There was no shampoo in the bathroom, only a tiny piece of soap. Beach towels are given when asked for, however, this possibility in not announced in the hotel information
