L'emplacement

Cons:

Le manque d'attentention du personnel et le bruit du a une chambre communiquante avec des voisins très bruyants. Nous étions 3 dans la chambre et notre fils de 9 ans a dû dormir avec nous dans pendant tout le séjour, à 3 dans le même lit et nous étions pas au courant de cela avant notre arrivée. Mauvaise surprise.

My stay at the The Berkeley Hotel exceeded all expectations. Everything was incredibly clean, but what truly made the experience unforgettable was the staff—they were exceptionally friendly, warm, and genuinely helpful. I’ve traveled to many places, but this team was something else. I honestly didn’t want to leave and already miss them so much.
The breakfast was phenomenal, with a wide variety of cuisines to choose from, and the location is perfect—within walking distance of almost everything.
A special thank you to Japan, Dear, and Dorothy for their kindness during breakfast, as well as Nook and Ice at the Chinese Mulberry cuisine restaurant. Also, a big shoutout to the two housekeeping staff (a short girl and a boy) who were so cheerful and helpful—I regret not asking for your names!
I highly recommend staying here—it’s absolutely worth the money.

Berkeley Hotel
Pros:

DienLage des Hotels war gut. Nahe an den verschiedenen Shopping Malls, wie das CentralWorld, Big C, das Siam Center etc.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist mehr Schein als Sein. Es hat dringend eine renovation der Zimmer nötig!!
- Die Lüftung ist so etwas von laut, wir mussten es abschalten damit man schlagen konnte.
- Die Lüftung im WC/Bad funktionierte gar nicht oder nur schwach.
- Die Schranktüren hiengen schief im Scharnier.

Es ist schon lange kein 5Sterne Hotel mehr.

On ne reviendra jamais dans cet hôtel et nous ne le recommanderons pas.
Pros:

La proximité des mails et street Food
La gentillesse du personnel.

Cons:

Hôtel avec deux ailes. Nous étions à l’aile nord, très loin de l’accueil, les chambres étaient très vieilles, confort très spartiate, mobilier moche, Clim extrêmement froide impossible à régler.
Le petit dej n’est pas bon. Beaucoup de choix mais mauvais.
