Lovely staff and comfy rooms, but the pool wasn’t heated and location was less convenient.
Pros:

The staff were excellent from the start – really responsive and kind. Before our arrival they were very helpful through the app, answering questions about the pool and even arranging our taxi transfer from Olbia airport, which went very smoothly. Check-in was friendly and welcoming, and they took time to explain the hotel amenities. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and exactly as we’d requested – one double and one twin next to each other. Breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of pastries, cereals, eggs, toast, fruit, and even alternative milks available.
We also really appreciated how warm and friendly everyone in Sardinia was, both the hotel staff and the locals we met. The nearby restaurants Da Sonia e Matteo and Il Grecale were great finds, both with lovely staff and Il Grecale has an indoor play area).

Cons:

The biggest disappointment was the pool. It’s listed as heated both online and by the staff at check-in, but it definitely wasn’t heated during our stay – it was freezing cold, even when the weather was fine. That was one of the main reasons we chose the hotel, so it was quite frustrating.
The hotel’s location is also a bit misleading – it’s in Lu Bagnu, which is part of the Castelsardo commune but not actually in the town itself. In late October, the area was very quiet and there wasn’t much open nearby. We thought we’d be able to walk into Castelsardo, but the coastal path stops partway, and the main road isn’t safe for pedestrians or pushchairs. The local bus times didn’t suit us, so we ended up relying on taxis, which were quite expensive for such short trips.

Buon compleanno

Dimenticavo non erano compresi nemmeno le pantofoline, avevo già saldato in anticipo altrimenti sarei andata via , perché avrei sicuramente trovato di meglio così come ho sempre trovato di meglio, ho pensato che un hotel quattro stelle non avesse bisogno di puntualizzare tutto questo ma evidentemente quella è la loro linea guida in conclusione non andrò mai più nella vostra struttura.Grazie comunque dell'attenzione

Proche de la plage et bon restaurant en face. C est tout.

Cons:

Très cher pour que ce c est. Enseigne best western ? Ça ne se voit pas hormis le panneau. Chambre exiguë, salle de bain sentant vraiment le moisi, piscine et hôtel mis en valeur par un photographe exceptionnel parce que ça ne correspond pas à la réalité. Piscine non chauffée en octobre.
