Pros:

The unit was lovely, the location to Cloverleaf Ayala Mall is great. The view from the roof deck is exhilarating. Security is second to none.

Cons:

The traffic noise is non-stop, 24 hours. The bed mattress is upside down, don't know why that was. The hot water heater in the shower is a bit temperamental. The complex rules are over the top somewhat. While staying at the residence guests should be allowed to have,within reason, some of their Filipino family visit them at the complex and use the facilities. Maybe I'm old fashioned. I understand there are a lot of permanent residents in the complex whose entitlements should be respected accordingly.

Great place. Definitely coming back!
Pros:

The host, sir Fermel, was very accommodating. The place was very neat, cozy, and homey. It also smelled wonderful.

Complete ang amenities, towels were provided as well as disposable toothbrushes, soap, shampoo and conditioner.

There's also potable water!

I forgot to take pics, though haha.

Excellent apartment
Pros:

The apartment was very clean and well maintained. The owner Mel, was extremely helpful and his team were extremely efficient. The apartment is quite small, but just enough for 2. It is quite well equipped
There are very pleasant grounds for sitting and relaxing around a garden area. There are barbecue facilities beside the pool.

Cons:

The location wouldn't be my first choice, as it is alongside a VERY busy main avenue. The area has no attractive places to visit. The Ayala Mall is difficult to reach, because the traffic makes it quite dangerous to cross the road. The traffic totally ignores pedestrians and seems quite happy to drive straight at you, as if you are not there. Even when a police patrolman attempts to stop the traffic, many ignore him. Motorcyclists are the most irresponsible here.
