The ambience was so relaxing . great views and facilities. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Easy access to Mt Teide and surroundings.
Ha sido un gran descubrimiento. Casi fue por casualidad que acabamos allí, y la experiencia no pudo ser mejor. Las instalaciones son preciosas y todo está muy limpio. Dispone de jacuzzi, sauna y baño turco, lo que hace la estancia aún más agradable.
El personal es excepcional, tanto en recepción como en el spa y el restaurante. El entorno natural es precioso, y además todo el interior del hotel está muy bien climatizado, manteniendo siempre una temperatura muy agradable.
Tal vez plato de ducha en la habitaciones.

La amabilidad del personal. Desde los chicos de recepción hasta los chicos del restaurante e incluso las chicas del Spa. Todos muy amables, empaticos y educados.

The restaurant food was excellent even if the service was a little amateur and slow. The weather was appalling whilst we were there and our first room developed a leak in the ceiling so we were moved to another (and better ) room. The spa has a variety of sauna and steam rooms plus a jacuzzi and a swimming pool. There are good walks from the hotel but not very much information about accessing them.
The whole hotel needs redecorating , some of the wallpaper is peeling off the walls, and updating. Our final room was the 'bridal suite'. My parents would have appreciated the decor in 1948! Hooks were broken and missing in the bathroom and whilst drawing the curtain I noticed a whole in the plasterboard revealing electric cables.

Personal muy amable, comida buenísima, instalaciones auténticas y ubicación excelente para caminar y disfrutar de la naturaleza.
La mampara de la bañera tenía grietas y el agua se salía al exterior. El espejo del baño no estaba limpio. Los cristales de la piscina sucios. Contacté con el hotel a través de Booking e informé de que estábamos celebrando el cumpleaños de mi novio, pero no hubo ningún detalle al respecto ni a la llegada ni durante la estancia. Considero que un hotel rural con este precio debería estar a la altura y cuidar más tanto sus instalaciones como a sus huéspedes. El resto, genial.
