Enjoyable stay in a slightly tired old fashioned hotel.
Pros:

The restaurant food was excellent even if the service was a little amateur and slow. The weather was appalling whilst we were there and our first room developed a leak in the ceiling so we were moved to another (and better ) room. The spa has a variety of sauna and steam rooms plus a jacuzzi and a swimming pool. There are good walks from the hotel but not very much information about accessing them.

Cons:

The whole hotel needs redecorating , some of the wallpaper is peeling off the walls, and updating. Our final room was the 'bridal suite'. My parents would have appreciated the decor in 1948! Hooks were broken and missing in the bathroom and whilst drawing the curtain I noticed a whole in the plasterboard revealing electric cables.

Gute Ausgangsbasis zum Wandern. Sehr gutes Essen.

Cons:

Der Blick aus dem Fenster war auf einen leeren Beton-Wasserspeicher. Spa etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Personal muy amable, comida buenísima, instalaciones auténticas y ubicación excelente para caminar y disfrutar de la naturaleza.

Cons:

La mampara de la bañera tenía grietas y el agua se salía al exterior. El espejo del baño no estaba limpio. Los cristales de la piscina sucios. Contacté con el hotel a través de Booking e informé de que estábamos celebrando el cumpleaños de mi novio, pero no hubo ningún detalle al respecto ni a la llegada ni durante la estancia. Considero que un hotel rural con este precio debería estar a la altura y cuidar más tanto sus instalaciones como a sus huéspedes. El resto, genial.

Calme et volupté
Pros:

La situation de l'hôtel entre le Teide et la mer.
Le calme et la quiétude après les brouhahas de la côte
La salle de sport et le ping pong
le salon très au calme pour jouer aux échecs ou aux cartes

Cons:

Le spa est très glissant, pantoufles obligatoires.
Les fauteuils dans le jardin un peu limite.
Le diner n'était pas mal mais à ce niveau-là, c'est limite (nous sommes dans un bon hôtel 4 toiles).
Ne pas aller là pour chercher la grosse ambiance

Amazing spa! Great restaurant. Very big rooms, 2 sinks were cool as well. Very calm, relaxed vibe, view from the restaurant

Pros:

La qualité globale de l'établissement , son coté authentique et local , les équipements , petit SPA, terrasse , jardin , et même un ascenseur , ce qui est assez rare pour 1 étage et un R-1 ( trés bien pour les personnes a mobilité réduite) la grandeur des chambres, et enfin une trés bonne note restaurant ou sont servis des plats délicieux et très variés; ( tout comme le petit déjeuner ) et un personnel de salle très efficace . La situation géographique dans les montagnes, Vilaflor étant un point de départ idéal pour partir en randonnées pédestre . L'environnement est très calme et reposant . Un très bon service et des réponses rapides aux échanges de messages avant notre arrivée . Enfin un parking juste devant l'hôtel .

Cons:

Le prix est trés élevé tout de même pour ce type d'hôtel rural , 700 euros en demi pension pour deux nuit , et en janvier ! a comparer avant de réserver !!!
Sachant que le premier soir le restaurant était fermé , nous avons été réorientés dans un restaurant " type cantine" un peu plus loin , mais de qualité très moyenne ! sans remise pour autant ! Enfin le SPA est correct , mais pas non plus exceptionnel .
