The view from the room was brilliant.

Amazing staff, friendly and very helpful. Rooms clean and modern with plug sockets that take all international types. Location is very good and staff can recommend really good restaurants nearby. Near to a really beautiful riverside park and landmark 81 too. Gym is a bit barebones but the pool is a very good size and quiet.
The room doors connect directly into a common area which feels not so private.
Gym was a bit rudimentary. Really needs a bench and some dumbells.
A trash bin in the main bedroom and soundproofing the doors would be a recommendation.
Otherwise I think this place is excellent.

gute Lage und unfassbar aufmerksames und zugewandetes Personal. Saubere Zimmer und immer erreichbar! Es lag ein Gemeinschaftsraum vor der problemlos genutzt werden konnte. Es ist auf jedenfall eine Empfehlung!
Me being a solo traveller it was ideal for me, especially liked how clean and secure the property was. Throughout my entire 3 week stay in Vietnam this was my favourite stay largely due to the reception staff who were so wonderful to me throughout my stay, made me feel so welcomed and had our laughs and giggles. I will miss them and the beautiful people of Vietnam.
How I couldn’t take the Air conditioner with me every time I went out for a walk 😂😝

We had excellent stay in HWS, I was there third time because since my first visit I knew there’s no need for looking for something else. Staff is super friendly and helpful, location is perfect. I will definitely come back again.
Comfortable bed, amazing views and great facilities with free tea and coffee and a big TV. Safe and secure entrance and free laundry facilities. Tammie went above and beyond to accommodate me, when due to injury I needed to extend my stay for another 5 nights. I am very grateful for the kind hospitality shown to me and also the quick communication throughout my stay. I recommend this hotel highly.

The hotel rooms are on one floor of a co working building. The room was very clean and comfortable. The shared kitchen/living space was nice to have. Tammie on reception was so kind and helpful!
