Terrible area. Under construction. Wonderful friendly staff.
Pros:

Room was nicely appointed. Could not get the TV to work. Little kitchenette was handy.

Cons:

They are busy with building a road right in front of the hotel and the noise was troubling. No rest in the day is possible.

Great place for a last minute retreat

The location was amazing considering it's proximity to the beach.

The staff was also very helpful, especially late at night.
