Beautiful waterfront property. Driving distance to city center. Drinks and snacks available on the property but did not try them. We had an issue with our washer but the family who owns the property assisted in getting our clothes cleaned.

We stayed at Cako rooms during our holidays in Sarande and it was a real pleasure, the team is exceptional and absolutely kind! The rooms are perfect and absolutely clean. The hotel has a bar/restaurant that is delicious and not expensive. To prove their kindness, we did not find taxis for our return to the port of Sarande the manager dropped us off at the port without the slightest return, the kindness of his people is really exceptional. If we were to come back for a stay in Albania we will resume a stay at the cako rooms without the slightest hesitation. Thank you very much.

Lovely water front rooms that are very clean and run by a lovely staff. This property is a little out of town and secluded. For us that was great, we liked the calm. The water and beach lounges are great, but if you want to be in the center/in town for more nightlife and restaurants this location might not suit your needs. We walked to town everyday and it was about 30 mins. Staff is lovely and very helpful. They helped us get taxis and a rental car.

Access to water front day beds without further charge. Could take BYO and spend as long as you wanted. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Staff were very friendly.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön eingerichtet, sauber und es gibt moderne Zimmer sowie einen Privatstrand mit genügend kostenlosen Liegen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Parkplätze hat es ebenfalls genügend in der Strasse oberhalb der Unterkunft.

The rooms were extremely clean, everything perfectly tidy and well-maintained. The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. The private beach was quiet and peaceful, ideal for a complete rest – for both body and soul. Sun loungers were available and comfortable, with no crowds. The breakfasts and food at the beaxh bar were great, we did go to a few other places, but it was convenient and reasonably priced. Highly recommended

This place was absolutely incredible! The beachfront was stunning, with crystal-clear waters and a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel was clean, modern, and beautifully designed. The staff went above and beyond to make the stay perfect—they were friendly, attentive, and professional.
