The place is great! Fantastic location and the Restaurant personnel is extremely friendly.
Pros:

It was very quiet and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. The best part was the location, just a few blocks and you were in the heart of Tlaquepaque. Near various restaurants and other finger food locations. Not to mention that just exiting the Suite and walking downstairs you had a seafood restaurant at your finger tips, which i might add the food was delicious and reasonably priced.

Cons:

Communication with the owner/housekeeping is done through text via the booking.com app, so it's not always as effective as having staff present to attend to the request a guest might have. In other words responses are not always fast and depending on your phone/app settings you may miss the notifications. An example would be, I asked for a change of towels which did not arrive and when I looked at and received a reply, the reply was to confirm if said towels were delivered. By then my partner and I were leaving the following morning.

Wonderful stay at this small quiet and convenient building.
Pros:

Great location! Very close to the center yet very quiet. The restaurant onsite has good food and waiters. The bed is comfortable and the room is large and nicely decorated with a balcony.

Cons:

Nothing negative.
