Pros:

チェックインが遅くなると伝えたら、大丈夫ですよ。と言っていただき安心しました。スタッフの方が丁寧に説明してくれて、ホテルのサービスにも驚いたが嬉しくもあり楽しくなった。広々としたツインの部屋でした。寝具もとても寝心地がよくぐっすり眠れました。

Pros:

万博後の宿泊で3名デラックスツインを利用しました。リニューアルから日が浅いということで清潔感のある内装でしたが、お部屋の天井の壁紙がはがれかけていたのが気になりました。エクストラベッドも寝心地が良くぐっすり寝られました。また、朝食を利用させていただきました。品数豊富で補充もまめにしていただいて助かりました。スタッフさんの対応が全体的に良かったです。また機会があれば利用させていただきたいです。

万博へ行くためにこちらに宿泊しました。
お部屋をアップグレードして頂いたようで、広くて綺麗でとても快適に過ごせました。
夜のサービスのお茶漬けは本当に美味しかったです！
土日のニュートラムはお客さんがあまり居ないのでゆっくり座れました。
またぜひ利用したいです。

Pros:

万博会場まで30分程で到着でき、駐車場がありませんが少し歩けば、24時間数百円のコインパーキングたくさんあります。施設も新しく料金も安かったです。
１つ残念だったのは、4人で宿泊(大人２人子ども２人)だったのに、カードキーが１つしか渡されず、後でもう１つフロントに取りに行ったが謝罪がなかったこと。仮にデフォルトが１つなのであれは仕方ないですが、１つ渡し忘れていたのであれば、一言(申し訳ありません)を言うべきでは？

Pros:

万博へ遊びに行く際に利用しました。夢洲駅からは数分かかりますが電車も座れ、駅からホテルが近いのでとても便利でした。
デラックスツインの部屋を予約していましたが手違いがあったようで広い部屋に変更になり快適に過ごせました。
夜のお茶漬けサービスは有難かったです。
