Pros:

Comfortable room, good amenities, great staff.

Cons:

The bathroom didn't have any exhaust fan. So it was very hot and uncomfortable inside the bathroom.

Ein wunderbares Plätzchen mit unvergesslicher Sicht aufs Meer und Strand. Komme gerne wieder. Mit dem Service hat nicht alles bestens funktioniert. Aber ein Anruf an den Inhaber und es wurde jeweils umgehend umgesetzt. Die Intention ist da und das schätzte ich sehr. "Go for it"

Fantastic stay at the beach in a comfortable hotel with great sea views
Pros:

Great location! So close to the beach and the view from our room was fantastic! It’s a really chilled little hotel with good sized rooms and balconies.
The owner is so helpful, as are the other staff. Always there to help and will sort things out for you.

A calm and ambient apartment with great views!
Pros:

Great room, nice ambience, spacious and perfectly working air conditioning. Spacious bathroom and plentiful hot water. Comfortable bed. Great balcony that overlooks a good part of the beach but also the lighthouse which at night makes this more atmospheric. Sam the manager was very helpful and carried our bags up the small two flights of stairs plus helped us organise a taxi for leaving around midnight. We would definitely stay again!

Cons:

Kovalam had a good feel about it. Yes it is a little more touristy than other places in Kerala but there's still the hustle and bustle of India especially on the back streets and local town area and you have all the tailors with their beautiful stalls and some good clothes stalls around. One really important thing make sure you ring Sam with your arrival time to make sure he's there, as the lanes that you have to walk to get to the property are a bit of a maze and in the heat, quite confusing. Sam will come to where the taxi is and help you out.

Zentral gelegen, zuvorkommendes Personal
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr schön, das Zimmer ist gut ausgestattet und das Personal zuvorkommend und freundlich.
Auch der Hotelmanager ist immer erreichbar, wenn man etwas braucht.

Cons:

Kein Frühstück, Wasserdruck ist schwach.

Pros:

Location is excellent, just few steps away from the beach and all the lovely restaurants are just walking distance. The view was wonderful, to die for.
The host was very helpful, even gave us a wee bit early check-in. Did not disturb us and everything went easy and nice

Cons:

Little ants issue on the floor, it could just be because of the monsoons. But I'm just nitpicking as everything was lovely.
