Bellissima esperienza!
Pros:

Soggiornare a Casa Ines non è come andare in un “ordinario” b&b, ma molto di piú: è un’esperienza di condivisione, accoglienza e generositá. Chiara è un host “sopra le righe”, che con pochi gesti e in pochissime ore è stata in grado di farmi sentire a casa
La stanza, con bagno esterno alla camera ma ad uso esclusivo dell’ospite, è accogliente e impeccabile, cosí come il resto della casa, con una luce che mette subito di buon umore. Ottima anche la posizione, a 10 minuti a piedi dalle terme di caracalla, 15 da San Giovanni, 25
dal Colosseo. Davvero una bellissima esperienza.

Clean, easy, private and safe. Excellent value.
Pros:

Chiara was a great communicator. The room was lovely spacious and comfortable and private bathroom was a bonus. The neighbourhood was safe for me as a single woman to walk to restaurants late at night (eg 10pm). Coliseum was an easy 20 minute walk.

Relaxed place to stay
Pros:

The room is very comfortable and clean. Location is super, Colosseum can be reached by foot. Private toilet in the hallway. Host is very friendly and easy to reach. Nice breakfast.
One note: apartement is shared with host.

When in Rome...
Pros:

Casa Ines was amazing place to stay. Key note the room and bathroom are yours and are private. However the host might also be around in public spaces.

Cons:

You do not have the whole apartment to yourself.

Pros:

The host is a super friendly and helpful girl that has a unique concept very new for the Italian market...

She has been extremely helpful even before meeting in person, replying to all my questions and giving me lot of tips to enjoy more my time in this amazing city!

The flat is very central (few mins walk from Colosseum), very spacious and recently refurbished to high standards... Plus the view from the living room is incredible!!

The private bathroom is very nice too and the big luxurious flat has everything you need to unwind after a long day walking around the city.

I have been pleasantly surprised by the great vibes of the host treating me as if we knew each others for long time and the feeling was like being at home.

She will definitely be my first choice from now on every time I'll go back to Rome!!!
