הכל היה בסדר גמור החדר נקי ומנקים אותו כל יום , יש ארוחת בוקר כחולה שהיא חמודה לא יותר מזה .
יש נטפליקס ומרפסת חמודה .
אנשי הצוות ממש נחמדים ומסבירי פנים תמיד מחייכים ושמחים לעזור בכל שאלה .
מיקום נהדר קרוב מאוד לים וקרוב להכל בערך .

Cons:

החיסרון היחיד זה המים החמים במקלחת , אם אתם אוהבים מקלחות חמות וארוכות תשכחו מזה , המים החמים שורדים בדיוק ל3 דקות ואז נהיים קפואים בין רגע אז צריך להתקלח מהר ולצאת שזה היה ממש מבאס .
דבר שני בבוקינג הצ׳אק אאוט היה רשום בתור צ׳אק אאוט מאוחר בשעה 13:00 וכבר ב11:45 קיבלתי שיחה מהקבלה שהיא מזכירה לי שהצ׳אק אאוט ב12:00 , אמרתי לה שזה לא נכון והצ׳אק אאוט ב13:00 ואז היא ניסתה להתמקח איתי ולהגיד ״טוב אז ב12:30?״ , עמדתי על שלי ואמרתי לה שעד 13:00 והיא אמרה ״טוב בסדר״. קצת חוצפה בעיניי .

Cons:

After a very long journey that lasted 14 hours, I arrived at the property only to be told that my reservation did not exist and that someone else had taken it.

As a result, they moved me to another hotel without my agreement. Unfortunately, the replacement hotel is completely unsuitable and of a very poor standard. I am confident that it is worth much less than the accommodation I originally paid for.

This situation is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I booked and paid for a specific property, but instead I was placed in a much lower-quality hotel after such an exhausting trip.

Pros:

The staff were absolutely wonderful. They were very friendly, welcoming, helpful, and generous. They always did their best to assist us, and their service was excellent.

Cons:

Although the location itself is nice, the hotel is difficult to find because the access road is very narrow and not clearly marked. The property is also next to a small river that has an unpleasant smell. In addition, the area is quite noisy due to motorcycles and loud music, making it difficult to fully relax. Overall, the hotel did not meet my expectations.

Excellent staff, but the facilities didn’t fully meet expectations
Pros:

The best part of this hotel was the staff. Everyone was very kind, welcoming, and always willing to help

Cons:

The room was quite small for two people. Hot water lasted only about 3 minutes during showers. Breakfast was very basic with only two repetitive options, so I only had breakfast there 3 out of my 7 days. Also, the rooftop restaurant was closed during my stay, which was disappointing

Pros:

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Canggu The location was perfect—close to great cafés, shops. The rooms were spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were kind, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The overall atmosphere was warm and relaxing, making it a great place to stay. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Canggu!

An excellent stay at a lovely hotel, in a quiet relaxing part of the busy Canggu district.
Pros:

The location is excellent. You will have a 6-minute walk to the bars and cafes that overlook the top surfing area of Echo Beach. Surrounding the hotel are several great places to eat, notably the Flow bar 100 yards away, which has a really cool vibe.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. We have family in Bali, and we shared some nasi bungkus (rice/rendang wrapped in banana leaves) with them on the final day and bought some extra for the staff. They could not be more helpful. Our room had a smell issue, which was dealt with immediately. They poured something down the drain whilst we were out during the day, but they had already told us they would move us to another room if we wanted. As it happens, that wasn't necessary.
Breakfast is adequate, but if it doesn't meet your expectations, there are several other places nearby to 'upgrade' if you so wish.

Cons:

On a couple of occasions, some of the breakfast options weren't available, but it didn't really bother us. I can take apple juice instead of orange as a trade-off for being at such a lovely hotel.
