Pros:

quiet and large room, soft warm bed and quality blanket, hot water with good pressure in the shower

Cons:

would be nice to have a comfortable chair in the room , TV wasn't connected to internet

Pros:

Good value for money stay on the edge of Sapa, away from the busy centre. My room was very spacious, with an incredible view over the town and the mountain beyond.

Cons:

The room door was a transluscent bathroom door, so let all the light in and the room itself could do with a deep clean. I also booked a trek that was OK, but wasn't value for money in my view as we just stayed on the main road/path for the entirety.

Vị trí ngay trung tâm nên rất thuận tiện. Phòng lúc đầu có tí vấn đề nên mình có yc đổi phòng, nv hỗ trợ nhiệt tình.
Note với mọi người là giờ check out của ks là 11h00 thay vì 12h00 như các ks khác. Lễ tân nên thông tin kĩ với khách lúc check in để tránh bị động cho đôi bên😄

Pros:

Spacious room, good location near the centre, hot water and good breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Wi-Fi wasn’t great in the upper floor rooms but was good in the reception area.

Ho dato un voto più basso, perché a parte il prezzo per pulire i vestiti che è molto caro 50000 a kilo, quando in tutto il Vietnam lavavo tutti i miei vestiti a 100000.. va bene così, però mi sono ritrovato due magliette bianche in meno.. e nessuno mi ha contattato ..bel lavoro 👏👏👏
