Pros:

Nice homestay in a great location. It is not right in the busy centre, but still close enough to walk there easily, which we really liked. The room was spacious and had a private bathroom with hot water. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped us arrange a motorbike as well as bus tickets to the Chinese border, which made everything much easier for us.
Thank you very much for your hospitality and help! We really enjoyed our stay.

I liked the staff and the bed was okay but there’s a lot that needs to be done in terms of facilities.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and the staff were nice and friendly.

Cons:

The bathroom was smelly, the curtains rod was broken, the clothes stand was broken, the fan was shaky and scary.

الفطور لا باس به

Cons:

الغرفة كانت رطبة جدا و رائحة الرطوبة و العفن تملئ الغرفة و كانت مزعجة جدا, شباك الغرفة كان بدون شبك مانع لدخول الحشرات و هذا أدى إلى ان تمتلى الغرفة بجميع انواع الحشرات مثل الباعوض و الفراش و حشرات اخرى, ابريق تسخين الماء لا يعمل فقط عبارة عن ديكور, الخزانة في الغرفة ابوابها و الادراج لم تكن تفتح لانها فقط للمظهر و الديكور وليس للاستفادة منها

Pros:

Besitzerin war sehr nett! Ich durfte mein Gepäck dortlassen und im Gemeinschaftsbereich warten, obwohl ich schon ausgecheckt hatte. Wäscheservice hat sehr zuverlässig funktioniert. Auswahl an Frühstück und es war lecker. Bett war bequem und sehr gross.

Vị trí ngay trung tâm nên rất thuận tiện. Phòng lúc đầu có tí vấn đề nên mình có yc đổi phòng, nv hỗ trợ nhiệt tình.
Note với mọi người là giờ check out của ks là 11h00 thay vì 12h00 như các ks khác. Lễ tân nên thông tin kĩ với khách lúc check in để tránh bị động cho đôi bên😄

Pros:

Good value for money stay on the edge of Sapa, away from the busy centre. My room was very spacious, with an incredible view over the town and the mountain beyond.

Cons:

The room door was a transluscent bathroom door, so let all the light in and the room itself could do with a deep clean. I also booked a trek that was OK, but wasn't value for money in my view as we just stayed on the main road/path for the entirety.

Spacious room, good location near the centre, hot water and good breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Wi-Fi wasn’t great in the upper floor rooms but was good in the reception area.
